I really wanted to like this place as it is gorgeous inside and I discovered it on a TikTok video. Unfortunately me and my boyfriend were disappointed. Firstly, we thought you could tour and look at the vehicles downstairs, but it’s only if you pay a membership fee.
The restaurant is upstairs, and although the ambience was pretty, the food left a little to be desired. For apps, we ordered shrimp and calamari and truffle wedges…no seasoning AT ALL. When I told the server this they claimed that the sauce was supposed to add the flavor but it didn’t help. Lol okay.
For the entree, he ordered a Wagyu burger w/fries and I ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries…same thing…NO SEASONING! Except for the entree’s fries which was weird. My boyfriend ate his food but I left mine almost untouched. The server returned and saw the untouched food and asked me about it, and I told him that I was still unsatisfied with the meal and there was a lack of seasoning.
He said he would talk to the manager and ask if my barely touched meal could get discounted…huh?? I have never heard of that before! Usually it’s taken off the bill especially if 90% of the food hasn’t been touched. The manager came out to ask about the food, and I told her exactly what I told the server and she offered to get the kitchen to make something else, but I told her, “To be honest, I lost my appetite.” She was like, “Because it wasn’t seasoned?” I’m like yes ma’am I can’t eat my food like that.
I definitely cannot recommend this...
Read moreHave been here multiple times since they opened. Enjoy bringing out of town guests here. Today, there were 4 of us. Only 4 others total in the restaurant. That group had a table by the window that accommodated them. The other tables by the window overlooking the car showroom were for 2. We asked, since there was almost no one there if possibly we could put 2 tables together so that we could all enjoy viewing the cars. We were told that was not an option as they "fill up fast". It was not explained any further and the tone was very cool and condescending. Quite honestly, I wish we had turned and left... We all had a very bad taste in our mouths. The same person who spoke in that way to us was also our server. During our lunch, which was served with attitude, only 4 more people came in...my brother asked about the fried shrimp and fish combo and was told it was very good. He is from gulf shores and so knows his seafood. His first bite he stated the shrimp was like chewing on a rubber ball. He did tell our server who responded, "Sorry, I will tell the cook." My husband and I are both realtors in this area. We refer good restaurants to our clients all the time. This one will no longer be on the list...don't waste your time or money unless you enjoy being treated as not important enough, and served sub-par food. We are not members of the car club, but if you have a restaurant open to the public, then all should be made to feel welcome and appreciated who patronize...
Read moreFirst off, I love the concept of this Place. Great potential. Being able to view so many beautiful cars is awesome.
Now the restaurant was not up to par. I order a Arnold palmer and it was terrible. it was a very watered down ice tea with no lemonade. so i asked to change to a coke and they brought out a glass of ice that had been sitting out for some time because there was 1/4 of water at the bottom. and a Hot can of coke, so of course it was flat. 2.A person in my group ordered the Cajun Pasta. the menu clearly says fettuccine . They brought the dish out with linguine and when asked the server said "hey it its all the same, Its pasta" No its not the same when you have your mind set on Fettuccine. 3.There were several mix ups in the order, so they had extra plates of food, we did not ordered. They ran out of several items. I wanted to add a Caesar Salad and they said its too late cause the kitchen is about to close. this was at 8:45pm and Kitchen closes at 9:00pm. We wanted to order desert but was not given the chance as the kitchen was about to close.
Overall the dining experience was very poor. it may have been because we had a large party but that's no excuse.
But I will say the Appetizers were great. the spinach Dip and the Brisket Queso was excellent. Also the Brisket Grilled Cheese was very good.
I will probably give it another chance at some point because other reviews were great and that's why we wanted to come. Maybe we just was there at...
