I always go to this restaurant every Tuesday for the special. I also always buy the small gravy on the side since I don’t understand why gravy is never included with the order. Now, there has been times that they don’t give me the gravy I ordered. Perhaps they forgot and I will admit, it’s my fault as well. But when you’re in a hurry to get home, you do forget to check your food to make sure it’s all there. And there have been times and I ask the server to make sure they fill up my cup that I paid for. Then I get home and when we’re about to eat, I open the cup of gravy and less halfway! So today, I went for the Tuesday special, and I ask the lady that rang me up to make sure my gravy is filled up “that I paid for”. When they called my number and I opened, and guess what? It’s less half that the cup so I told her, “this look almost empty to me” She was very nice enough to go back and fill it more for me. But then what really upset me is when I heard that man in a blue shirt asking her, “What are you doing? Why are you filling it up more?” I did not hear what the lady said, but he just turned away and left her alone. I was really surprised that he said it just like that especially in front of me! I mean I paid for the extra gravy, why would you charge and give less? If you’re Manager, why would you act like that especially in front of your customers who goes to your restaurant to buy your food? That was very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone so uneducated person. I love Popeyes, and this person is ruining it’s name and...
Read moreI came here today, July 23rd of 2021, at 10:50. I personally try to avoid going somewhere within 20 minutes of closing, but my pregnant wife was craving some french fries and a large drink, so I ended up going. I am there at 10:50 PM like I said above and waited at the drive thru for 7 minutes. Not a single word was spoken to me. I'm saying hello wondering if anybody can hear me. I pull up to the window and a worker is sitting down by the drive thru window, STARES at me as I'm waving trying to get his attention, he is looking at me and I KNOW he can see me, but he proceeds to look away after I'm trying to signal him and he flat out ignores me. I have worked fast food, I've been head server at restaurants, I've been a kitchen manager at 2 jobs, I understand how the food industry. At any corporate place closing before the correct time, everybody on my shift would of probably got fired, at the very minimum written up. And I am sad to say this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. I don't care if I have to drive an extra 10 minutes in the opposite direction, my family of 6 will not be returning here. And it's a Shame because during the day time we come here a lot. Not anymore though. Horrible service. All she wanted was some fries...
Read moreHorrible Customer service. My son and I went to cash in our first Free Tuesday item from Tmobile at this location. We had no idea there was an issue and the app said that the orders were placed. My son had also ordered and paid for a chicken sandwich. When we got to the window the manager asked what we needed and we told him that we had 3 orders waiting, 2 free Tmobile orders and 1 paid order. The manager was rude and said that the orders hadn't showed up on his end. We showed him where it said that it went through and he said call Tmobile it's their issue.. when I said that it was Popeyes App he threw a fit and said that Tmobile is the one not paying their bills.. then He MADE my son show proof that he paid for the one sandwich and when we tried to hand the phone to him he balked at it like he didn't want to touch the phone. My son asked if he could at least get the one that he paid for and the manager asked to see.. I said that I just tried to hand him the phone and then he finally took it for proof . My son got that sandwich but the manager was angry at US because Tmobile apparently wasn't reimbursing him for the free food. We had nothing to do with it and it cost us our free items... We will never go there and I plan to file a...
