Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Wish I could give less….I’m genuinely frustrated. I’m so disappointed with everything except with the sweet man who was the ONLY delivery person at this location.

I want to start off by saying they are poorly organized when it comes to the deliveries. I don’t believe they have any system on who gets what or what deliveries go where. I watched the app and saw the poor delivery man go from side to the other and back as if the deliveries were set all over the place and in no kind of order. What a waste of gas and time! Don’t they use their own vehicle. All the poor wear and tear. Now enough of me feeling bad for this delivery man… it my turn!

It took over an hour for my food to be delivered!!! Where was the call to let their customer know one they are short handed and it can take up to 1 hour for delivery and at least let us make the decision if we wanted to continue the delivery or if we wanted to pick up!! Due to the hour long delivery I had hungry children in the house waiting! Also a sister who just had surgery needing some food in her to be able to take her medication. Again a courtesy call would have been nice!! Plus receiving pizza that was cold and dry like it sat out for hours was gross and wrong. If I wanted Little Caesars quality pizza I would have spent 16.00$ not 45.00$ Ewwwwwww just nasty! Worse of all of you are going to charge for every sauce a customer wants then as least bring it! I even order their cinnamon sugar twists but where was the icing. At least the icing could have saved how stale they were from sitting for so long either that or they served me day old twists…so tough that my 6 year old’s hardly wiggly tooth almost came out from bitting into it!

When calling in to complain and get refunded the things that were missing “their phones were experiencing technical difficulties” and when you press 1 (new order) the rude customer service lady wants to do nothing but transfer you! She had the rudest attitude which makes me even more mad about the whole situation!

I order from this Domino's frequently as this is the only one I can get a delivery from. usually when I order extra sauce it's always forgotten by trusty old delivery driver Bonita, anyone else always has my sauce. But today in particular, I ordered two desserts, quality check was done @ 7:03, I made my first call to the store @ 7:38 as I thought maybe my pizza tracker was frozen and not updating, the cashier reassured me it was correct as my order was still at the store. My order did not arrive until 8:28 and low and behold good old Miss Bonita forgot the icing for the cinnamon twists, see told she's trusty. I spoke with the manger who was so dismissive to me when she gave her name when she first came on the phone, I heard Ed (after I wanted to confirm I was talking to Ed the manager, she telling me it's April) and the sound of her voice did not make me question it. She first asks me "Will it be take out or delivery?" I said I need to speak with a manager, She asked "Oh how can I help you?" so I proceed to explain why I am unhappy with my order and she interrupts me, a professional manager would have spoken their name clearly, not been dismissive and certainly would not have interrupted a customer with a complaint. Domino's corporation needs to take notice of this behavior as I am not the only one, and get professional staff at this location the ones there now are really unprofessional. and I will be sure to make their general manager aware.

Update 4.9.22: Literally the WORST Dominos franchise.....Food was over an hour late, arrived Luke warm and hard, attempted to call the store several times as I didn't even want the order anymore and line was busy every single call I made, 10 calls in total, I have issues with this store EVERYTIME, hadn't ordered from the Cullen location in years and each time I'm reminded why, and I'm UNABLE to make an "insurance claim" as it's saying my order still hasn't...

Babeh!!!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT NOBODY SAY, THIS MY STORE especially when NICOLE & JUSTIN got the kitchen and the delivery service ROCK'N! LOL All i'ma say is when it comes to a Domino's Pizza....I'MA HAVE IT LOL!!!!! And I dont want it if NICOLE ain't in the kitchen on the pizza 1's & 2's, and JUSTIN in the whip getting it to me quick OKAY!!!!!! I really do love the 2 of yall together at the store. Everytime I order and the screen says, "Nicole has began prepping your order." You have no idea how happy I get when she's in the kitchen. Not to mention TAZ MANIAN JUSTIN LOL!!!! He always gets my order to me hot and safely lol. I watched him on the Domino's map, he had 2 delivery orders before me, and when I say he had that little Domino's symbol moving baby, he was moving on that map. I mean every stop he made, he was only there for no more than 30 seconds lol. When he pulled up he was jammin for real and my food was hot, and I mean HOT OK lol. He is always the sweetest, and always has a smile. My favorite delivery guy, DOORDASH AIN'T GOT S* ON JUSTIN LOL. I got in the house opened the box to see all of NICOLE'S beautiful skills and pizza glory, and when I say that, I mean no greasy pizza, toppings...perfect, and box hot and fresh. Her pasta was so bang'n, when I opened the top, it was still sweat'n and steaming LOL!!!! NICOLE AND JUSTIN I LOVE YALL.....A1 FOOD & SERVICE PERIOD EVERYTIME.NO MATTER HOW LATE IT IS, THEM TWO GOT YOU! (I would've posted pictures, but I ate the whole pasta and half the pizza already lol.) But I got yall next time, trust me, there will be a next time, because them two get it right everytime....
