So we have been ordering pizza from this site for 3 years at least once a month my girls love them. Last week was our last time. I had been having trouble ordering online and had to call in a few times. This time, not even that was working and seeing as I was on my way home I just decided to stop by and place the order and pickup for my children. The service was horrible, I walk in and the manager and employees start talking about me (they had mixed me up with someone else) I guess I wasn’t the first person who had called and got upset with them, but the other person must have went off because they were have at it before I said something. When I asked to talk to the manager about it the main person doing the talking tells me she’s the Manager and the GM so I asked for the franchise number, and let her know I would call them about my concerns, I watched them make the pizzas and it wasn’t easy because they had the window blocked, but I should have been watching them make the wings because when my daughter opened them and took one out to eat there was hair wrapped a round the wings, not just placed on them but wrapped around them, the bbq sauce had only been placed on top of the wings with the hair and not on all the wings, it was a mess. I have never been so disgusted in my life, I called and got my money back no questions were asked about why I wanted my money back so my guess is they knew and when I got there none of the women working 10mins before without hair nets were anywhere in site and the place was cleared out and my money was handed to me in an envelope with my name on it no questions ask by either party.

Read moreUsually have great service experiences. We recently went in for the curbside delivery deal. A worker stopped the timer at 1:25 seconds and that told the app that we got our food. We didn’t actually get our food until 11 minutes after they stopped the timer. When I tried to speak to a manager about it, I was met with three teenage boys arguing over which one of them is the manager. Then when they decided who was going to be the manager, I was told “we had to do a remake, we are busy and didn’t have time to run out and tell you” I told them about the whole “if it’s not out in the 2 minutes, your next pizza is free” deal and was met with “that’s not my problem after the timer is stopped”
I’ve tried reaching out to dominos customer service and they suggested it try to speak with the store owner, which when I call ironically no one knows who that is or I’m hung up on.

The delivery guy that walked in moments behind me helped me with starting my checkout process by asking me the name of my order. Thank you to that gentleman for initiating my service. The other employee that helped me check out from there made me feel very uncomfortable by him just walking up to the checkout counter and not saying absolutely one word to me from the start to the end of the checkout process!
