Manager on duty (Robin) is an insensitive jerk with zero professionalism. He completely ignored me when I was forced to go inside after waiting over ten minutes past "Ready" for my carside order. When I went in I attempted to get his attention while he prepared another order. After 2-3 min wait he finally gets to the front desk but doesn't realize I was the person ringing the store phone; he picked it up and placed it on hold with no acknowledgment. During this time I hung up and proceeded to tell him what my issue was. I told him how I had sat outside over 30 minutes bc when I placed the order there was a lengthy wait and that it was by now almost 10 minutes past the carside guarantee time. I told him I didn't want the pizza that he purposely allowed to sit for that long and asked for him to make another one fresh. I told him how my order was ready before his driver (Akinola) left for delivery but still not brought outside but he could care less. He told me NO to the remake and in turn I requested he cancel the order and issue my points back to my account. He did cancel it, but didn't tell me until afterwards that it would take 3-5 days for them to reappear in my account. He did all of this after I made him aware that the pizza was for my kids. While at the counter with me another customer's pizza fell from the oven to the floor as well due to his negligence and lack of professionalism. I understand being overworked and under paid but as a business owner I also know to Never treat your customers this way. He and Akinola literally laughed at my misfortune as I left your store with 2 hungry kids (7yrs & 10yrs) and only $10 to my name until Friday. They didn't prioritize my order bc it was a free pizza (60 points); however, like I told him, it took several orders for me to get the reward which in all was over $60 spent. Read moreI decided to order a customized Hawaiian Pizza, minus the ham and sweet peppers, and replace it with grilled chicken and Jalapeno. I had to repeat myself like 3 to 5 times, before the employee understood what my order was and then he told me I'll have to wait for about 20 minutes which I agreed, unfortunately I ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. When I came to received my pizza, the person who took my ordered was dealing with other people's order and completely ignored me, I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone to actually give me my pizza, so when I finally received my pizza and left, I checked the pizza to see if he got the order right, unfortunately there was only Jalapeno and Pineapple on my pizza, no grilled chicken present and I was still charged the amount for the 3 toppings. I drove back to the domino's pizza joint, to return the pizza, again I have to wait 5 minutes to speak with an employee. When one of the employees finally attended to me, I pointed at her colleague who was at the time making other people's pizza and told her that he got my ordered wrong, she immediately gave me an attitude and responded by saying that he is making the pizza, so he isn't the one responsible, I quickly responded, correcting her saying that he was also the one who took my order, so I have every right to blame him. She angrily took the pizza and went to the back and once again I waited another 5 minutes or more before she cancelled the order for me to get my refund. Read moreI called in an order for delivery from this Dominos 2 days ago after a long day at work. My order showed prep along with the employee's name. It sat in prep for about 15 minutes before it just abruptly got cancelled. Then I picked up the phone to call them. Someone was picking up the phone and slamming it down. This happened about 5 times then someone picked it up, put me a hold, came back and realized I was still there and HUNG UP AGAIN!!!!! I called right back and someone finally answered. You could barely hear the person and I asked if I was calling Dominos (couldn't believe I was calling a business) and the girl responded "yes". I asked her for her name then I restated everything that happened and that I will be calling their Corporate office. About 10 minutes later after they got their stories straight, someone called my number saying they were trying to do an order but the address on the account showed their address. She was doing nothing but lying and trying to come up with something because I said I was calling their Corporate office to report their nonesense. I just don't understand why people are so lazy and unprofessional at businesses these days. The worst part of it all is they obviously get away with it because the ratings for this location is super low and for that poor behavior it just means they are never held accountable.
