I arrived at Domino's at approximately 0635PM. I successfully submitted my order at 0644PM and waited in my car for my order. After 30 minutes I realized my order had not progressed and was still in "preparing." I then proceeded to get off my car and told the man(young guy, tall, white complected, with no sense of urgency) "it's been 30 minutes and my order has not moved at all. At this rate, it won't be anywhere close to being done at the expected time. I just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my order." "He replied, "the estimated time is wrong sometimes. Do you want me to cancel your order or do you still want it?" At this point his professionalism and customer service skills went straight out the window with that response. Why, as a loyal, hungry customer, who's already waited 30 minutes with my order not moving at all...want to cancel my order? I'm sorry, but I've worked in fast food customer service jobs and that is not how or what you say to a loyal customer when resolving an issue. Despite his response and nonchalant attitude I told him, "Of course I still want my order. Also, can I please get your name because I plan to make a review and call corporate about this?" In which he replied, "Sorry, I can't do that." In order to keep the peace and not explode with the horrible customer service I was already receiving from this Dominoes, "I said okay." And headed back to my car to wait. My order did not move until 0722PM. That is approximately 40 minutes of "prepping." What made me more frustrated was the fact while waiting in my car, the delivery drivers came back and forth picking up pizzas, but mine was in "prep". I even saw one driver pick up an order, leave, and came back for another, left again all why I was waiting in my car. That's is plain ridiculous! My money is just as good as any other customers, regardless if it's pick up or delivery. Unprofessional. After all this, my order was finally done at 0730PM(horribly done and in a rush). Despite being very upset, I went inside, got my pizzas, said nothing else to anyone and just left. I immediately inspected my pizzas before driving away. The pan pizza was atrocious, bland, not enough cheese, more tomatoe sauce than anything(will post pictures). The Alfredo pizza was extremely greasy, UNCUT, and mildly burned. Instead of exploding and walking back inside the store, I gave up and drove back home. The pizzas went straight into the trash. I've also added my order history to prove I come here about 6 to 8 times in a span of 2 months to prove I'm a frequent customer. 40 minutes to "prep" my pizza, and 8 RUSHED minutes later it was handed to me. That means my order was done in less than 8 minutes. I'm sorry, but the math ain't mathing. There was obviously no love, passion, or pride put into my pizzas. Before I forget, they tried changing the estimated time at the end to make it seem like my expectations were met, but that is very much false because I took a screenshots of the original estimated time. If I had placed my order in the beginning and it said, "45 minutes to 65 minutes wait time" that would be fine because it's letting me know ahead of time, but that was not the case here. Estimated time was 27-37 minutes at max. And the worst part, I didn't get an initial apology when I went inside the first time to complain why my order hadn't moved for 40 minutes. I also did not get offered a complimentary pizza, coupon, discount, or anything to show that they greatly apologize for this horrible service and food. This is why I've taken the time to write this long review(despite still not eating anything because the pizza went in the trash), in hopes Domino's makes it right and this never happens to another loyal customer. I will also, follow up with cooperate with my report on Monday, to see if they can help me and apologize for this very upsetting experience by one of their stores.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service. They cut you short in the middle of the complaint you are letting them know about. Tried several times over an hour to place an order by phone, but no one answered. Tried placing an order online as per the voice prompt but app wouldn't accept order. Finally come in to store and let them know that they never answered their phone. The tall guy with the beard & glasses responds in a condensating tone, "we're busy and we don't answer the phone". I asked them about the online ordering problems and he said, "that's not our problem" and cuts me off by saying "Are you going to order?". Very, very, very very rude. If you don't like your job don't work there. Don't be rude to customers. Anthony Sauceda and Arecly Cruz need to train their employees who speak to the customers on proper customer service. Other pizza retailers are never rude like at this Domino's. There were only 2 customers in the lobby when I came. They were not busy. I kept my cool the whole time and never raised my voice. Shame on management. Talked to waiting customers in lobby and they each ordered 2 pizzas. Placed order at 2:45pm and now now 3:10pm. Still no pizza. Other pizza retailers would have at least apologized and/or offered pizzas on the house.

UPDATE 12/03/2020: SERVICE WAS AMAZING. PIZZA WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION AND IT WAS MADE BY ANTHONY. THE DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WORE ALL PROPER PPE AND HE WAS ON TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND IF THEY DONT DELIVER TO YOUR AREA I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU DO CURBSIDE. THE SERVICE HERE IS AN A+ AND THE PIZZAS ARE MADE TO PERFECTION!!!! I give this Domino's on Airline and Parker 5 stars for such great service and great tasting food! I ordered my food online and it went so well no issues what so ever. I followed my delivery on the tracker and its on point. My order was to arrive at 7:03 pm and it was here at that time. The driver, Cirilo, is always on time and he is always very professional with the deliveries. He arrived at my residence wearing his PPE and left the pizza where we instructed to be left. We are very thankful and pleased that he is the one that delivers to our residence and appreciate his great attitude and his professionalism!!! My food arrived hot and it was just like I had ordered no mistakes. I recommend this location for their great delivery service and for their great food. Thank you Domino's for going above and beyond and making my dinner so delicious!!!

I Would Leave 0 Stars If I Could. The General Manager Is The Rudest Person I Have Ever Talked To With The WORST Customer Service Skills. I Placed An Order Online & Left Instructions For The Delivery Person To Take The Tip In The Crack Of The Door When Arriving Due To COVID. The Site Says Specifically Contactless Delivery. However The Driver Did Not Leave My Food. I Called In To See Where He Went And The Manager Kept Saying I Didn’t Open The Door…It’s CONTACTLESS Delivery! He Had The Rudest Attitude And Talked Over Me Constantly. I Asked For Return Delivery And Was Told “It’s Not Going To Be Anytime Soon”. I Asked For A Refund And He Hung Up In My Face. I Called Back And Asked Why He Hung Up In My Face & He Said “ &, Okay, There Was Nothing Left To Talk About” & He Hung Up In My Face AGAIN. I Never Once Cursed At This Man Or Attacked Him At All, All I Wanted Was My Food Re- delivered Within 15 Mins And The Inconvenience Made Right. Since He Hung Up Twice I Drove To The Store & He Was Still Rude To My Face. Said He Didnt Care If I Called Corporate Or Left A Google Review Because He Is The General Manager. He Pointed To My Food On The Shelf & Asked If I Wanted My Food. When I Said Yes He Said “Nope!” & Walked Away. He Does Not Deserve A Job In Customer Service At All!

Edit: After Leaving This Review It’s Seems The GM Did Care Enough To Place Another Rude Call To Me To Express His Dissatisfaction With My Review, And To Tell Me They Will Not Do Business With Me Anymore. As If I Would Ever Again! I Already Spoke With Corporate As Well About Submitting A Report To The OM. Do Not Call My Number Again Mr....

I am appalled at the horrendous service at this location. I made an online order for a simple medium pizza and 8pc wings at 11pm (they close at midnight, and I was aware of this). I received an email as confirmation of my order and followed the link to track it (it said my order would take 28-35mins for delivery). For the first few minutes after placing my order, the tracker said Anthony had received my order and was preparing it. Then I checked 30mins later and refreshed the page and it said that there was no order linked to my number...like my order had just completely disappeared. I thought maybe they had cancelled it, but I did not get notified of any cancellation nor had I been reimbursed the $30 I spent on my order.. I tried calling immediately and was waiting for 40mins and NEVER reached ANYBODY. I tried calling the next day (today) and reached somebody, told her I never received my order, she put me on hold for 30mins, then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me...I called IMMEDIATELY after, someone answered again, was told they would get their manager to speak me, so now I am waiting AGAIN just to speak to somebody and figure out what happened to my order. I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down. This is THE WORST service I have EVER experienced from ANY pizza delivery place. This Dominos doesn't even deserve the 1 star I'm...
