We like Domino's Pizza, but had an extremely disappointing and depressing experience with delivery from this store on Father's Day evening.
Delivery instructions were not followed, which resulted in a cold pizza at the door. After calling the store and sitting endlessly on hold waiting for a manager for over 17 min listening to people in the store, I had to call back angry to actually talk to the manager. After hearing my frustration with cold pizza and being forgotten on hold, he said he'd talk to the delivery driver... that's it. After asking about waiting on hold for 17 min, he declined being accountable and said he was busy...
At that point I got really frustrated and said that's it? Then someone else picked up the phone and said the manager was doing something else and left the phone. At that point I just hung up and went to eat the reheated cold pizza and realized there was a hole in it where there wasn't enough dough in the middle.
What a horrible, disappointing, and unimpressive experience. Whoever owns this store needs to know his manager is clueless about customer service and needs...
Read moreOne star only b/c it’s the lowest I could choose. I ordered and made the horrible mistake of having submitted it as ‘pick up’ vs delivery. There is no way to remedy that online. I called...was put on hold...well, after 10 minutes I went to the store. 7 employees when I walked in, after several minutes and no one even looking at me, I put the Domino’s endless on speaker for all to hear. Funny, they were quite irritated until they realized that it was THEIR message. So, finally, I’m helped...then charged the delivery fee as well....Not great customer service...but ok. After an hour our babysitter called on our first date-night during Covid to inform us that the pizza wasn’t there yet...an hour later. Once again, I call the store, I asked to speak to the manager...I was told I was (I wasn’t) who then proceeded to tell me I failed to give the person the addresss...F-....I gave the address 4 times. So the order was cancelled, charged in full and told it easy my fault. We’re done...
Read moreFirst let me say that when it comes to Customer Service, I've received better customer service from fast food locations in Egypt, Eswatini and Communist Cuba than at this Domino's location on Winrock.
Placed an order online, walked in the door and not one of the three workers greeted me. I would consider giving a slight pass to the two workers up front who were making a pizza but when you walk into a Mods pizza store, everyone says hello.
Then there was the worker who was literally in front of me, took a look at me and continued to get a pizza to slice it up. Never a "how may I help you?" or"do you have an order?". I had to ask who was working the front counter when I should have just picked up my order that was staring me right at my face.
For people who depend on tips, you won't get much with what you put out. Take a page out of Chick-fil-A and just say "hi". It's only 2 letters albut goes along way to getting a...
