I wanted to take the time to share my recent experience at your store on Black Friday, November 24, 2024. While I encountered no challenges during my visit, there was one standout employee who truly made a difference and ensured my experience was positive despite the difficulties.
Upon arriving, I was surprised to find that there was only one person making pizzas and one person delivering orders. As you can imagine, with the high demand on a Friday, this situation created quite a delay. However, what could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around thanks to the incredible service provided by Shequjorian.
Shequjorian was nothing short of amazing. Despite the pressure of handling multiple orders in a highly demanding environment, she remained kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was not only efficient in making multiple orders but did so with such a positive attitude that it left a lasting impression on me. Her ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while maintaining such excellent customer service deserves recognition. She was prompt with every order, making sure that my food was made correctly and in a timely manner.
Given the situation, it’s clear that Shequjorian went above and beyond to provide excellent service on a challenging day. I truly believe that she should be commended for her dedication, hard work, and positive attitude. If there is any way for her to receive a raise or special acknowledgment for her exemplary service, I highly recommend it. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference during my visit.

The commercials make this pizza look huge, and cheesy... please note exhibit A and B below...first of all it was dry and burned... Now as a graduate of the #1 culinary school in america... SUMMA CUM LAUDE- GOLD MEDALIST 🥇 unbeknownst to dominos staff...I called them back to complain about my pizza... Estelle says to me ma'am there's no way your pizza is burned , and it cant be cold we cook all of our pizza at the same temperature, and it's been less than 30 minutes, I told her I didn't want the pizza because if you're as close to me as you are and the pizza is this cold that's even worse .. so Estelle says to me we'll replace the pizza, but you have to bring it back... Other pizza places come back and fix the mistake... Anyway I say to her I don't want anything else from your place of business I'd like my money back and she tells me ohh the o ly way we give your money back is if the pizza is Whole... Now mind you my grand daughter 5 y/o already bit the pizza and complained about how dry the pizza was I bit a piece too.. so I told her that and she says we can't take it back... Bottom line $30 for 8 wings and this burned pizza that looks nothing like what was advertised I even questioned whether or not it was THE NEW YORK until I saw the receipt.....on a good note I got my money back Thanks to Jeanette... Read moreI placed an order via DoorDash and the order was stolen. I submitted an inquiry and they resolve red the item via a store driver. Not only did I wait an hour for the food to arrive, it was the wrong pizza. When I contacted the store Jeanette from store number 54-a told me over the phone that when it comes through door dash they cannot always see what all is included on the pizza which didn’t make much sense. I told her that she has a receipt that says exactly what it is. She then saw the error on her staffs end because she said she was the manager. She said she would redeliver the pizza and I said no because of the length of time this had already taken. So I came to get it and inquired about a refund for the delivery fee and the pizza due to error and I was told that Dominoes doesn’t offer refunds. I then asked to speak with the person she reports to and she gave nothing but a generic 800 number. Which was also a bit unprofessional. There was no remorse for the customer what’s so ever.
