Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

First off, the delivery driver(an older guy) walked up to my door with a cigarette in his mouth with my pizza in his hand. REALLY?????? Then I looked at my pizza and it’s burnt and looks old. It makes no sense for a pizza to look like this and the sprite I ordered had an open top like it had been open before. I called to the store, the manager, Jennifer answered and she made excuses for everything and provided NO APOLOGIES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t know how she’s a manager. When I got off work I went back to the store to exchange the pizza and the manager, Jennifer said there was nothing she could do and for me to call Customer Service. Then while I was talking to her she walked away and went to box a pizza and help another customer. She must be the rudest manager I know. I order from this Domino's a least once a week. The fact that there are any bad reviews is absurd to me. I've never had a single problem with anything. I order online, it's always great/correct when it gets here, and is always delivered in a reasonable amount of time, usually faster than I expect but once in a while they get busy. Not surprised. They get 5 stars for everything until they don't deserve it anymore. Until then, I just placed an order and anticipate the usual great service. Note: If you complain about petty and/or irrelevant things, you'll be unhappy no matter what happens. Its not Domino's fault, it's you. Oh and tip your driver well, no matter what. Just because theres a delivery fee or traffic doesn't mean the fee goes to the delivery person or that they have any control over traffic. For a tip, try no lower than $5 and you'll be good. I always order from here today was the first time a driver has been rude to me when asking them to actually deliver to my door because im home alone with my children he laughed said no because its dark and made me pack my kids in the car to come to the leasing office then had the nerve to get out of the car 6’2 350lbs 😒 like my guy I tipped good ahead of time so why be rude about it.
