So, I really fell in love with this location at first, but it's sort of bipolar, for lack of a better phrase. When I was going and just ordering through the drive-thru, it was pretty good, especially when I got one of the guys at the window. They communicate well and if something's wrong they're apologetic and looking to make amends. But then I got the app and started ordering ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait at all and could get in and out in maybe a couple minutes so I can still get to work basically at the same time. But they seem to not work on my order until I get there, even though I began ordering 10 minutes before I arrived, and still waited behind one or two cars in line in the Drive-Thru to make sure that they have enough time! Ordering 10 minutes ahead and waiting for at least another 10 minutes... Not cool. & whenever I get any girls to the drive-thru window, for some reason at this location they all have attitudes and they don't communicate at all when something's not right. Being tired or having a slight attitude quite frankly I can deal with b/c I understand what goes on in customer service, and sometimes it seems like they are understaffed; but not communicating with me, that will piss me off! All the more so on days when you are understaffed, it's very important to communicate with the customer so they don't feel ignored! And the girls definitely don't apologize. Customers can be a lot more patient when they know what's going on than when you just ignore them and have them just sitting there not telling them what's happening, and they ordered a head! The app even warns me that I'm ordering too soon, so why am I waiting when I get there? And quite frankly if something is wrong like you're out of something that I ordered, why aren't you contacting me before I get there to fix it instead of waiting until I'm in line at the window to tell me? You could at least tell me over the speaker in the Drive-Thru line, but no, please wait till I get to the window... So I guess, overall, it just depends on which day you go - you'll either get great service or irritating service but still get the same food...
Read moreIts was both a yummy combo and a delicious welcome to have this Dunkin donuts/baskin robins close to home here in NW Houston. However that's proven to be the only satisfaction that I have gotten from this specific location. I have 3 major comments/complaints that deem postworthy. Number one, never have they EVER BEEN FULLY STOCKED?!??!!?? seems like the franchise that is a sort of "area test pilot".... the place the stock trucks have forgotten! They NEVER have all of the selections I've randomly decided on. NEVER EVER! So much so that just prior to entering the dining room on our last visit, my party joked of hoping we choose successfully. We were once again disappointed by their lack of capability. Sheesh Number two, ive never been able to drive away from here without wondering, " Where's my.....(fill in the blank)". I haven't got much of an explanation to help them out here... it just seems like perhaps a lackluster enthusiasm? Not that i expect an abundantly jovial disposition from any minimum wage employee, but isn't making sure I have all of my 4th choice menu items that I've paid for ,before i reminded you, somewhere closer to the bare minimum? And lastly, one of the very few pleasures left in "regular guy" society 😊😏, is a fun treat with friends and loved ones..( and this is purely a temper tantrum, first world problems moment, HOWEVER, as a consumer, it matters man!)without failure, they ALWAYS make us feel somehow, and I don't know how they pull it off, but we're just unhappy AFTER HAVING COFFEE, DONUTS AND ICE-CREAM!! How does that even happen?
Upside it always clean in the dining room.... 🤷♀️

By Monday it went bad could not eat it, called the store to asked once u take a cake home how long do u hv to eat it the Owner answer was the cake is good for 2-3 weeks. We agreed I would take the cake to store. When I got there he became very defensive was talking over me and would not listen. I had to ask can I please talk u will not let me. He said ok and stood there with his arms crossed looking at me rude. After I was done speaking he says ok are u done. I tell him u can smell the freezer burn on the cake. His response was it smells like I left the cake sitting out to long (its ice cream u so how is that even possible) or something is bad in my freezer makes everything smell bad. I told him it's not my fault that the cake I bought was not fresh. His response was I must need money that's why your getting loud n ok so u must need money. If I didn't hv money for a cake I would never bought one. He is the rudest Owner/manager I hv ever dealt with NO Customer Service Skills AT All. It could hv been a easy fix instead he blamed the customer. Will never purchase Baskin...
