Dunkin' — Restaurant in Houston

At IAH, I went to get a coffee and a jelly-filled donut on my way to my gate for the flight to Tulsa. They were both of the high quality I expected. But that is not why I give 5 stars. While I was waiting for my iced macchiato, I had a problem with my phone and had to remove the battery. It wasn't until I had boarded my plane that I realized the SD chip had fallen out at that time. It had all my pictures from the mission trip we had just finished and other family pictures. When we landed at Tulsa my wife called to see if, against all hope, someone had found it and turned it in. She spoke with Sandra Sylva, who had taken or made our order, and she had found it and was holding it for us! Thank you for good coffee, good donuts, and...

I get that it's an airport location, but also very odd to take my drink that was so sweet it was undrinkable and then try to charge me for a replacement that's 50% more than what I paid to begin with. Plus why would they take my old drink away if they were not fixing it but making me buy another one that I had to correct to at least not being triple charged vs the double I was.

So, in short it's a Dunkin just not as fresh or as friendly as most other location and be prepared to have to pay more than once unless you like your drinks twice as sweet as most other locations. Overall rather disappointed in the overall experience and felt a bit silly that they took the initial drink I paid for...

Consistently I'm here at 5am when the sign says it will open. Not once has it opened before 5:30-5:45am. So if you are running for a flight before 5:30am its not the coffee you need. Its good coffee just not available.

Just waited 35 mins past 5am to find out that what I wanted was not available for another 10 maybe more min because the oven was not turned on. Let's recap. Opens at 5am on sign, open to order at 5:30am. Unable to make anything till 5:45am maybe longer. Person behind the counter looking at me with this astonished look as to say "Oh you were thinking I was going to be ready after opening...
