Elements Grill — Restaurant in Houston

Let me start by saying: the employees were very nice. There was trouble with an order before mine and they were very apologetic, despite the customer being out of their control. The food was horrible, at best. I got the guacamole burger, with fries, for reference. The guacamole tasted extremely harshly of chemicals. The bun it was on was the quality of that of what I'd imagine the dollar store would sell. The beef was underseasoned, but cooked properly. The fries that came with it were... inedible. They were cooked properly, but tasted like they'd gone bad that day. Again, the staff is amazing, as when I brung these to their concern, they gave me a free two-count cookie for the poor taste complaint. However, when I'm able to genuinely believe that I could get better food at a school cafeteria, I can't just up my review on customer...

Terrible food... I didn't have high hopes in the first place, but it was truly awful for over $30 for 2 meals. The burgers looked great but tasted like they were cooked months ago, frozen then just reheated, slightly. The curly fries were on the verge of crispy but didn't quite hit the mark. They tasted like they had thawed, been refrozen, then fried. The only good thing was the soda, but maybe that was just because everything else was so bad. I highly recommend packing a lunch and just taking it to McGovern across the way...

I bought almost $70 worth of food combo from this place that came with 5 bottle drinks from the fridge and 5 bags of chips. I had to ask for one small empty cup because my old mom wants to share her drink because she didn’t want to waste the rest if she couldn’t finish. The lady told me I have to buy a cup. I’m sorry but we bought 5 drinks already. If we buy a fountain drink then it comes with a cup. Business is so cheap, food was greasy,...
