I called because we ordered a smoothie bowl and there was a smaller than usual amount of açaí in it and a lot of granola. This caused the bowl to be dry so I called, explained this and asked politely if it could be remade. I spoke with Sheila, she asked multiple times what I had ordered extra on the bowl. I sensed she was trying to dismiss me by saying the bowl had less açaí because there were extra toppings, but we did not add extra toppings. She told me to drive back to the location with the bowl so she could ‘see it’ when I got there she was very short with me and asked me for the receipt. Once she saw the receipt she began remaking my bowl. She made it very difficult and uncomfortable to get my bowl remade and once it was, it was the usual amount of açaí we receive. When I was leaving I asked for her name to thank her and she ignored me for a few seconds and asked “why” with a very annoyed face. I told her I was just going to say thank you and her demeanor changed. I have never received such poor, bitter attitude and service from a place the way I just did. We will not be returning to that location and I highly suggest she is coached or let go so because her bitter attitude is certainly going to drive...
Read moreThe girl with the glasses that worked 12/12/23 morning/afternoon made my drink wrong twice, very watered down, tasted like water with a hit of peanut butter, then she had an attitude when I politely asked her to please remake it only for her to make it wrong again….I paid for an extra scoop of peanut butter and I didn’t get it….she didn’t even add the scoop of dates that goes in the peanut power plus strawberry….she doesn’t measure anything, I watched her just pour water from the faucet straight into the blender but when the other employees make it the squirt it from a container….this is the only drink I ever get from any smoothie king I go to…and every time she makes my drink I end up having to return it (this is the second time) so that’s why I was really watching her to see what’s she’s doing differently…I really wanted to get a refund but my break was over and I had to go back to work. Worst experience I’ve had so far in any smoothie king. Maybe if she wasn’t texting while making orders she would’ve made it right the first time….please re-train her. Read moreVisited this store yesterday morning and got an immune builder no berries. The young man never asked for my rewards or telephone number. I had to ask for a receipt upon leaving. Fast forward to today. I called and asked for the mgr and the guy was rude and short asking me what my name is. I said I'm a customer and I need a mgr. Come to find out when he gave his name Tin he stated he was the owner. I explained how the young man never asked for my rewards and his first response was yes he did! I asked him how would he know if you wasn't there? He basically called me a liar saying people lie all the time in regards to receiving a free 22oz on the next visit due to the employees not asking for rewards number. He wouldn't handle this situation and told me a manager would call me. I told him how rude he was and how I would be calling the corporate office and he said good call.
