I arrived around 9:45 PM on 06/14/2024. My wife and I both went ahead and ordered our pizzas, location was basically empty, we waited longer than usual to get our pizza's. During the entire time the pizza's where cooking there was no one at the oven turning the pizza's so the crust would not burn. We weren't asked for our names for our order so when the pizza's where finally pulled from oven, they just sat at the counter. The pizzas we got had burnt crust and where now only warm. I took my pizza back to the counter and expalined/showed them what I had gotten. One of the employees stated he would make me another pizza, after about another 20 minutes of waitting I go back to the counter and ask what's going on. Right when I asked that, another customer returned my pizza that he had already took with him and brought back, the employee grabbed the pizza and tried to give it to me. I told him " come on bro, that guy just took my pizza and handled it and your trying to give it back to me ofcourse i dont want it". I was simply told "it's ok I gave you a refund". I service MODs ovens and dough presses so I know the process/times to cook the pizza's and this location did not follow anybody them resulting in poor service, and very poor food quality.

I gave this place FIVE highly coveted stars because not only is the pizza delicious but the service is actually like 10 stars. My husband and I live in the area and we consistently have the same pleasant experience every time we go. Mod pizza is this new hipster pizza place where you order as many toppings and such on your pizza. You can do the single crust or double crust. Single crust is thin crust. Double crush is two single crusts layered on each other. Yes it's a bit odd. I had no idea what it was despite numerous explanations until I ordered it. It's good but I prefer thin crust. You know.. lower carb and all that. Anyways, as many toppings as you want!!! And these toppings are legit. You have like gargonzola cheese, artichoke, broccoli?!?, garlic, sausage, Canadian bacon, corn just to name a few. The servers there are top notch. Always so upbeat and friendly. We had a mess up with an order once and the employees there handled it so well and made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Jennifer specifically is amazing and somehow, she remembers customers names! Very impressive. She's always so sweet and so personable. Really, it's the people here that make us keep coming back. This location is our pizza home.

My kids and I came here to eat for the very first time.I have been at several mod pizza locations due to me doing door dashing and have always been curious to try their pizza and see what's all the fuss about since I'm constantly hearing how good the pizza is. I decided to get 2 mini pizzas (6 inch) I believe it was the Mad Dog (meat lovers) the kids size pizza is really small! For my son I definitely should have ordered him a bigger size because he was still hungry after eating the pizza. The customer service was ok. The workers were helpful and there was no long wait either which was great! There sweet tea is actually pretty good too. I tasted a bite of my son's pizza and I didn't think it was anything special. Maybe we should've tried a 'create your own' pizza. The mini small pizza was about $8 each. From what I tasted not worth the price, however I think we'll give this place a second chance and try another pizza.

I ordered through door dash at 1:25 pm. I got there around 1:35 pm. I only have a 30 minute window for my lunch break. I had to get back to my job at 2:00. One gentleman greeted and asked for the name on my order. He couldn't find it and asked a co worker. His co worker said it was still in the oven. Ok, no big deal. Im patient. 2 workers knew my name and that i was waiting for a door dash order. One of the workers started calling out names and orders. It takes about 10 minutes to get back to my job. I do not have the luxury of eating while on the job. I also work in retail. I dont care if this job is not important to your workers. If you're going to be on a job that has to deal with people. Put on big boy pants and be the best worker you can be for that job. I make sure to take care of my customers in a timely manner. I look out in the waiting room to see who still waiting for their order to get them going. These gentleman once they were done calling out other orders. Were taking their time cleaning up around themselves. Filling the topping section. Talking to each other laughing. They were moving extremely slow, it appeared they were high. Not a care in the world. I was clearly visible standing in front of the call out window and nobody called for me. And it also seemed like they were smirking at me for waiting/ standing near the window. I had to ask again for my order at 1:50 as i had to rush to get back to work. And it was sitting to the side for who knows how long packaged up and ready to go. I had to eat in my car as i was driving in a rush to get back to work. I gulped it down in ten minutes. Got severe heartburn. I've ordered this way before and didn't have a problem. The pizza was fine....

I really hate that I have to write this review but also this experience was disgusting to say the least. We arrive around 8:30 tonight to get 2 pizzas and a salad. My partner gets anchovies on his pizza and the two black guys and one white guy behind the counter (employees) are crowding around and the black guys are exclaiming how gross they are and how much they stink. Next the black guy with the braids tells me to hurry up and order cause they are about to close (it’s 8:42 and the closing time is 10pm), my partner tells him I’m still deciding, and the employee says “she needs to come on she about to piss me off”. Next we are completing our salad order when we ask for ranch, the same said employee in such a hurry to clock out forgets to put the ranch on it. We check out and await our pizzas. We never received the salad. We pay but don’t get our beverage cups. We ask for our cups and the same employee who is ready to clock out asks if we paid for them- umm excuse us? - next another employee (white male with beanie) says did you guys get the salad, we say yes, he yells over everyone “WELL YOU MIGHT WANNA COME PICK UP”. At this point I’m outdone. My partner goes to grab it and not to our surprise there is no dressing in it like we asked. This becomes another 5 minute ordeal. At this point the customer is so bad people are walking in asking whats going on and customers all over the store are complaining. We wanted to sit and have a nice quick dinner but it was too much. We left and will never return to this location....
