Place is always busy, store is clean and neat. staff is mostly friendly but I feel sorry for them and this is the reason this location is in the middle of memorial drive popular place when you walk into this place it is usually full of kids which are not the problem, the problem is the mother's of those kids that stand and talk directly in front of the counter blocking other people coming in to see what they want,come on people if you want to talk move by your kids and be respectful of new customer's coming in if it was you and this happened to you or your kids you people would be talking (gossiping) amongst yourselves cause you would be to afraid to say something to the people in the way. Those employees can't say anything to you but to all you people that know you do this please STOP and let other customer's in you house mother's are so bad that I said excuse me 4 times and no-one moved out of the way. I was being respectful to you and then when I moved around you, you guys just looked at me like I didn't belong there get over yourselves. We all just want ice cream not to be a part of your social house wife club... Just move over alittle go stand by your kids cause not everyone is going to be as polite as I was and the other family that was also trying to move around your...

I went in to this store to buy 6 $5.00 gift certificates. I do this quite a bit for small party favors. I am a Girl Scout Troop leader and Room Mom so I do a lot of things for kids. Last year I bought at least $90 worth of BR gift cards. I bought them at the 12740 Memorial Drive location last time. I stopped at this one because it's right down the street from my house. The woman behind the counter told me I could not buy any GC for less than $10. I told her I have bought $5 GC in the past. She just rolled her eyes at me and said, "$10 dollar." So I left and went back to 12740 Memorial Drive thinking maybe there was some sort of policy change. But sure enough, they gave me my 6 $5.00 GC and were friendly to boot. I told them what had happened and they told me the other store isn't supposed to do that. I will never step foot back into 14501 Memorial. I will just take all my Girl Scouts and mommy/kid ice cream get together get to the 12740 location. That woman just let $30 walk out the door and she didn't have to touch even the tiniest bit...

I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place i’m going to. First off, me and my mom walk in around 9:55pm. ( The ice cream shop closes at ten) When we walk in there is nobody at the counter ready to assist. Eventually this employee comes up with a rude look on her face. According to my mom she was shaking her head at us..🙄 She doesn’t even say “hi.” Anyways I very clearly ask for a scoop of ice cream in a cone. Guess what she gives me? A cup. Okay fine whatever. But then when I see the price of the scoops I realize we’ve been ripped off. For three scoops of ice cream it costs over $12.. I get it inflation is a problem in the country right now but you could at least give us decent size scoops! The ice cream is tasty and the shop decorations are cute but the customer...
