I recently had the pleasure of visiting Flower and Cream, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones and the cheerful ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

The variety of flavors at Flower and Cream is astonishing! They offer a diverse range of classic favorites, as well as unique and adventurous creations that I couldn’t resist trying. I opted for their signature floral-infused lavender honey ice cream, and it was simply divine! The creaminess and freshness were unparalleled. It was evident that only the best ingredients were used, and their commitment to quality truly sets them apart. The vibrant colors and artistic presentation of each flavor reflect the care and creativity that goes into every scoop.

What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was not only friendly but also genuinely passionate about the ice cream they serve. They patiently answered all my questions about the flavors and even offered samples to help me make my selection. It felt like they were sharing a special secret, and I appreciated their enthusiasm as they recommended some of their best sellers.

The laid-back atmosphere, combined with the attentive service, created a delightful experience. I also appreciated the quaint outdoor seating area adorned with lovely flowers—a perfect spot to enjoy my ice cream while soaking in the sunshine.

Literally the WORST experience I have had at Flower & Cream. I’ve been a fan of their ice cream for a while now and I normally I visit the Holcombe (Medical Center location) and the location in POST (downtown). My family just finished having dinner at Mexican Sugar and were all in good spirits celebrating my sisters birthday. We went over and tried a few flavors although I always get the same flavor, it was many of their first time. Needless to say there was one employee who was extremely nasty and had a bad attitude. She ruined the entire experience just by being rude. After my sister told her politely that she understands that sometimes people have bad days rudeness is not kind, she proceeded to say “okay, with an attitude and walk to the back”. This ice cream place was great in every aspect imaginable. From their extensive range of ice cream flavors to their innovative alcohol option, this place truly stands out.One of the highlights of my visit was the cones. Not only were they visually appealing with their cute colors, but the taste was simply unmatched. However, what truly stole the show for me was the lavender cone. I am a lavender fan so, I was blown away by the intense flavor and delectable taste of this unique creation. It was an experience unlike any other.I cannot recommend this place enough.
