Went to this location tonight to support our elementary. What a let down. I used to go to freebirds by my office regularly pre pandemic. This location is atrocious in every way. Placed order online. Pulled up at the time app said 5:54. Staff said not ready she would bring out. I waited for 30 min. Then pulled back into pickup line and got stuck! After an hour I finally made my way to be able to park and walk in. Place was chaos. Food being served looked good. I finally get my bag that had been sitting in the warmer box for who knows how long and head home 7 min away. Get home and not only is food cold...its thrown together and cold cold cold. To make matters worse it's missing the kids quesadilla. Not that it would have mattered since I ended up having to add cheese and warm the 2 we did get since there was not enough cheese to even hold the folded tortilla together much less the chicken. Nothing like room temp burritos and dry quesadillas. $53.80 worth of horrible food and an hour and a half of listening to whiny hungry kids...not fun! Oh...and the school didn't get the credit because the code didn't...

1 star because the girl at the register was really nice and busy working the whole time. Other than that, the brownie and iced tea were good..that's where it ends sadly..$36 later that's all that was good..the food was HORRIBLE, cold stale hard potatoes, the chicken...umm..gross..quality horrible & was NOT hot, the steak was cold (even though the lead or manager guy working said it was hot bcuz it's a popular item)..the cilantro rice....umm what the heck was it..I'm so confused...Lil crumbles of I don't know what..the quacamole taste like quacamole you get from the grocery store in the freezer section, the chips weren't good (The whole 10 or so you get)..The cheese nor the sour cream wasn't even good...was the sour cream diluted? The cheese didn't even have a taste...The whole experience was HORRIBLE..left me sick to my stomach and a DEFINITE waste of my money..I will NEVER step foot an a n y Freebirds again...years ago..it was good..no clue what happened...The customer service of the team lead or manager..someone get him...

First time experiencing Freebirds was Tuesday night. Unfortunately we won't be back. The kids meal burritos are more like a snack than a meal 150 calories. It wasn't enough food for a 5-year old. To put into perspective, it's smaller than the $1 wake-up wrap at Dunkin and the $1 Chessy Roll up at Taco Bell. Was expecting a lot more for the cost. Moe's & Chipotle are roughly the same price for kids meals and give a much bigger serving. One of the kids mentioned they've had strawberries that were bigger than the burrito which is much bigger in the photos....After paying $60 we had to cook still because everyone was still hungry. Part of me is hoping it's not supposed to be that small but I...

Not a bad burrito but not one I would brag about or crave. The chicken is actually really good, and the selection of other ingredients is decent, but the tortilla itself is crap. The burrito has to be eaten with a fork because the tortilla is like dough and falls apart. As opposed to the ingredients standing alone, they were more like a pile of mush. Chips were decent and the service was fine, nobody was overly friendly to be sure. It just sort of felt like the employees I interacted with were serving a sentence as opposed to putting in a shift of work. I wouldn't return, though there was nothing egregious about the place other than the tortillas.

Where do I even start. My family came here because our school was having spirit night for the kids. We've been waiting over 30 mins in line and still waiting to even order our food. This kid in the photo was told by an employee to send people away because they don't have enough food or employees to work. Freebirds should have been more prepared with far more staff memebrs and extra food instead of pushing people away on spirit night. Shame on whoever manages this store!

I just paid $17.51 for the smallest burrito. Maker didn’t inform me that cauliflower rice and the “small line of queso” were $2 each extra. Yes, it’s on the sign (she pointed out when I went back in and politely asked if that price was right) but I literally will never be back. So disgusted with price and the lack of educating the customer (yes, we sometimes need it) It’s no wonder why there’s never any business here.
