I came here a few days ago at night time, it was absolutely horrible. I waited so long for them to open up and they ruin it for me. They are ruining the greatness in Frenchys chicken. I came in and paid a total of 27 dollars getting all the things I love. Welp... the cobbler is served cold which is yucky and when I finally got to eat it, there was nothing but the syrup. And I also ordered a lemon cake which is served cold as well but it was slimy. Literally soaked in moisture from where? Idk. Then I ordered a breast which they asked if they could replace with wings cause they didn't have any available. The wings were not done at all!! I mean they were pink and brown throughout! Ewwww! I ended up throwing it away when the young lady at the counter seemed too befuddled to know what to do. She then gave me my sides which had to been made way earlier just by the taste of the gravy you can tell. I ended up leaving very hungry and upset and 27 bucks less richer. Never again will I come here. And it's so sad cause I literally waited for this to happen. I live two minutes away from my favorite food joint and I can't eat it. š°š° Written five months ago.
P.S. Don't listen to the employee underneath my review. The way they handled me was just as I said. They did not want to drop chicken cause if they wanted to they would not have had that "please don't continue to want what you ordered" look on their face. I know it's tiring to work for little to nothing at a fast food joint and when the end of the day comes you want to put on them jets. But for those of us who came to eat, it's a different story. š¤šš½šš½šš½šš¾...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnder normal circumstances I would rate this location with four stars since the enviorment is clean as well as having friendly staff unfortunately a staff memeber thinks they cleaver hoping nothing would be done about their unprofessional actions that was preformed out of pure desperation not considering how it lowers the franchises vaule as well as their own self worth since have integrity should be one of the characteristics that is sought after as an employee which was lowered when a couple of items failed to make it in the order which I can already imagine somebody of some attorney would suggest taking the order back with a receipt so a refund could be given or some form of computation would be granted which wouldn't do myself or anyone else for that matter any justice since nothing would happen to the staff member that thought that they could steal without having any repercussions whether it's on somebody else's doing or their own guilt if they get wind of this review since who's to say that it wouldn't happen again so the next time I order from this location I'll be sure to make sure that my order is correct before I leave if I need to make it any clearer let me know as I'm sure any overseer of this operation will have a few words with the staff since I'm sure nobody will be willing to take...

When we were ordering the 5 wing combo and 3 campus they didn't have cornbread which is a staple, disappointed. They took away some of the sides they use to sell which was also disappointing. They don't sell the kool-aid. š After we ordered we sat in the restaurant and the place is a little disorganized. The place does have a smell of a gym, or old sweaty clothes it was a bit of a turn off. Also it was warm in the restaurant on a hot summer day š. The food came out piping hot and tasty just like we remember it. They did get our order wrong and didn't give us our collards but fixed that and we kept the fries.
