Frozen 2.0 — Restaurant in Houston

• ALL BLACK PEOPLE READ THIS * I am extremely infuriated by the way yall act in public! To the owners, let me tell you something. You put your waitress’s life on the line. It was Saturday, they opened late due to something about the stove (30 mins late) We ordered wings and fries; i went thru almost 3 drinks before my food came out! For wings and fries, thats too long.

Now this part is for the owner(s). Another couple waited on their food, and the waitress (cant remember her name) said, she put the order in and she apologizes for the kitchen being delayed. She then offered to cancel the order if it pleases the customer. NOPE!! This customer gets loud, talks CASH MONEY SHYT; throws hands in air and acts like she wants to fight😳😲 (hangry) WITH HER DUDE WITH HER!! And it was only one waitress. No one to back her, no one to help! If she was injured, or they fought, who would help or defend this woman? Shouldn’t there be at least 2 waitresses to prevent such an incident? I am not happy with that!! If i was that waitress, i woulda been scared for my life and QUIT!!! Obviously, no one cares.

Back to BLACK PEOPLE: understand this; the food is cooked as you order!! NOTHING is precooked!! Nothing at all, so cooking raw sometimes takes a little more time. So, dont come hungry, come ready to vibe, chill, smoke hookah and whatever else. Whatever that other customer did was unacceptable. But she felt like she had the upper hand since no one else(waitresses/managers/security) was there.

To the owner again; you might want to modify or edit that menu to state “FOOD IS PREPARED RIGHT AFTER ORDERING; be advised this causes a small 15-30mins delay.” Otherwise guests will come in, assuming and comparing u to other places who precook their food and have food out in less than 10 mins. To make matters worse, they will say its because its black owned!! This is not a put down, this is positive advise!!!

Yall raggedy a$$es need to have patience when yall go there. Customer svc 10/10. Waitress 10/10. Food 9.5/10 Drinks 10/10 Music 7/10. Hookah 8.5/10 it loses flavor too quick! The wait for the food 1/10. (The worst ive ever seen)

I went to this place for the first time. The waitresses were really friendly and helpful sweet girls. I asked about pretty much almost everything on the menu, considering it didn’t have pictures. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and there was only one other person there other than me when I did get my food which I ordered chicken wings, red beans, and rice and collard greens the red beans and rice didn’t have any rice in it. It was just the beans and the chicken was cooked with cornmeal, or the same greese you would use to fry fish, now if you look at the pictures on line that chicken looks delicious I didn’t have any sauce for my chicken. I just got a regular plain fried chicken with no seasoning on it breaded very poorly and they were so little it was so bad I had to stop eating it even with as hungry as I was so they ended up taking it off and just charging me for the two sides which was six dollars each when I finally was getting ready to go and she gave me back my change. She gave me three dollars out of a $20 bill and I only ate two sides the red beans and rice that wasn’t red beans and rice. I ate half of that and all of the colic greens and that was it. The waitress tipped her self and didn’t even give me all of my money back but at that point, I was just ready to go. I came home and ate a bowl of cereal because I was still hungry and they charged me so much for the food already I didn’t want to go anywhere else they have a outside seating area where you can smoke at, and no ashtrays on top of that they handed me my food and didn’t offer any condiments. There was no spice or no flavor to the food whatsoever. It had to be a completely different cook from the pictures. I’m seeing online. When the cook came out, he was very young. He look like he was about 20 years old like somebody just threw him in the kitchen to try out again I do not...

Do not go here if you’re starving because you’re going to be waiting forever. The service here is terrible. I ordered the loaded fries and it was cold. When I told them, all I got was “well I brought it out as soon as they made it” no resolution whatsoever. I was understanding of the server having a lot of tables and being busy, but she copped an attitude as if I inconvenienced HER when it was MY food that was brought out cold. She took the food and never came back to our table. After 30 minutes, I finally go find her at the bar catering to this instagram famous guy who came in way after me, I told her we were wanting to order more drinks 30 minutes ago and at this point, just close the tab. She get an attitude and says “well I have a large party of 12 I’m tryna take care of them” okay but what about the rest of your paying customers!? I was beyond frustrated. I’ve been here plenty of times before and the food is actually good when it’s not cold and it’s a fun little spot when the servers don’t have bad attitudes when all I wanted was some hot food. I hate to even complain because I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding with the kitchen, but the attitude was so unnecessary. I do hope they do better because I used to...
