Having been to the Mississauga location in Canada, this is a disappointment.
Why have a launch if you are not ready? My wife and I arrived at 10:15PM and we were asking for items and the server would say they don’t have. Then we eventually decided on the chicken sandwich (hot Nashville) and chicken wings (hot Nashville) and got two drinks. We got the drinks and after 30 minutes still no food. The server kept saying it’s coming but nothing came. Another 15 minutes (now 45mins in) the server comes saying how sorry he is that they actually don’t have wings. Like what? Had to wait 45 mins to tell us that? My wife was hungry so I told him just bring us the chicken sandwich and I’m good and get us two refills. We get the bill and tell me how for the two refills we were also charged and so we paid 15$ for 4 diet pops. Like come on, for about an hour we had no food so obv we were just drinking the pop and you go and charge us? And they have the audacity to add the 18% tip although I didn’t even eat. Ended up paying 49$ for a chicken sandwich and 4 pops. Honestly a disappointment. Went to eat at another cafe and ordered shisha and within 10 minutes everything came and had excellent service. Once and done coming here.
Ps. The chicken sandwich wasn’t even good and fries were cold. See picture, that’s how we left it and couldn’t...

On my visit, I tried the Chicken Shawarma and the Pesto Chicken Sandwich—both standouts in their own right. The shawarma was tender and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in warm pita and complemented by fresh toppings. The pesto sandwich, meanwhile, struck a perfect balance of herby richness and grilled goodness—definitely a must-try for comfort food lovers.
What truly sets Haze apart, though, is the hookah experience. Smooth, flavorful, and expertly prepared, it's easily some of the best hookah in Houston. Add to that a welcoming ambiance with stylish décor and cozy seating, and you've got a space that's perfect for everything from casual nights out to date nights.
Service is another strong point—friendly, attentive staff who make you feel right at home without being intrusive. And with reasonable pricing across the menu, Haze offers great value for both food and experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind with great food, quality hookah, and a...
Read moreWent for my son’s birthday. He wanted to go to Haze. They had the Ramadan buffet. I had called a day before to make reservations. The gentleman who took the reservation over the phone said they had a very good and varied buffet. We had been fasting all day and honestly I expected a lot more. The chicken tenders, even the broccoli were so hard I could not bite into them. We had been here several times and loved most of their a la carte dishes. The only thing that I could say was tasty this time was the pizza, the lasagna and the spicy pasta, and unfortunately my husband hardly ate anything because he doesn’t really eat carbs and he did not enjoy the very limited available protein. Also, the service was nearly nonexistent even though the restaurant was pretty empty. They were not replenishing the plates, napkins and such at the buffet table, and the plates that were there were still wet. In my opinion, that does not represent what Haze is all about, at least compared to my prior visits. If you will serve just a few dishes, make sure they are worth paying for. I have been to other buffets and the variety and taste were phenomenal. I don’t mind paying more if I...
