TIP: IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE ,MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE DRIVING OFF I order from here often because I'm just a big whataburger person . Employees at this location are nice and friendly, but at least 75% of the time my orders are wrong. Sometimes the wrong burger,wrong drink and missing items like fries or extra items I have paid for were missing. I had sent an email about an order that was wrong using the "contact us" part of the app. My email was sent to the General Manager to which he just replied telling me to come back and try the burger I said I went to try for the first time that was missing bacon. It was the Southern Bacon double Burger that just came out. And it was missing Bacon 🙄 so, the General manager pretty much didn't acknowledge my email and sent a generated reply back. I ended up going back a few days later to pick up another order I made using the app from the drive through and was stuck in the drive through for about 40 minutes wasting gas. Had to call the restaurant and tell them I had put in an order for pick up and I was stuck in drive through to which they said come up to the second spot from the second drive through.I had to move the cones to the second drive through they had blocked off and go up to where I was told to park for my food. And still had to wait 10 mins for the order I made through the app pick up which estimates food to be ready in about 10 minutes.😤 My total wait time was about 50 minutes. This was on a...
Read moreMy mom and stepdad grabbed dinner from this location on 2/12/21 and when they got home and were eating, my stepdad bit his burger to find a piece of a glove sticking out of the burger.
My mom sent me pictures and I called this location, spoke with Christopher and he asked me if the piece of glove was just inside the wrapper or if it touched the food while he clearly tried to contain his laughter. I said it was inside the burger and he said they could just write Maria’s name on the receipt and go back another day to get their food. What an absurd suggestion when this was supposed to be their dinner. Why couldn’t this location offer to have a brand new burger delivered to them?
I asked Christopher for the corporate number to which he said he didn’t have it, that I could Google it. Eventually he said he could look for it in the office if I wanted but that someone was on the other line and he had to place me on hold. He came back to the phone and he said he didn’t find the number but that he could give me the General Manager’s number. He said I could call him tomorrow without any resolution for my parents tonight.
Leaving someone’s glove in someone’s food order is unhygienic and extremely disgusting. Even more so when we’re in the situation in which we are now. It’s ridiculous to me that this seemed to be a non-emergency for the staff even though it’s a clear disregard for their hygienic practices.

What’s the purpose of online orders if they come out late or never come to curbside at all. Let’s see they’ve forgotten items in my order, the fries have been cold and nasty, they gave me someone else’s order and gave them mine; I then had to drive all the way back and wait for them to make me a new order because they were going to give me the right order they gave to someone else - that would have been cold and disgusting. My daughter placed an order on the app, showed to be ready by 9:50pm, she checked in at curbside at 9:47pm - they never brought her order out as she patiently waited - yea she could have gone inside but she just got off a long shift and was exhausted and hungry - what’s the purpose of curbside?? So I drove up there and went inside for her; they stated the person that did the curbside - left at 10. Just left before checking any last curbside orders.
