I literally just left Taco Cabana and had to write a review about the drive through service. I order a couple of cabana bowls and ask for 4 sauces. 2 ranch sauce and 2 red sauce. The lady, Cecilia looked at me like I was asking for too much. She goes around the corner, comes back and hands me one of each. I ask her for 2 more and she turns around with an attitude, and yells out someone's name. I was about to ask her if she wanted me to park and get the sauce myself. I felt uncomfortable asking her because she made me feel like I did something wrong. She goes around the corner again to get the sauces, hands them to me, slams the little door shut and locks it like, "Don't ask me for nothing else!" I mean did she spit in my sauce? Read moreThis was my first time using the MY TC! app. The reward was for any 2 complimentary tacos, including the "loaded" and breakfast menu items. I selected a "loaded" grilled chicken and a steak fajita taco both with peppers and onions.
I prepared them "to go" with their "do it your way" fixings bar. The tacos had generous portions. I also ordered a beef and a chorizo breakfast taco (no cheese).
My guest check total was a budget friendly $3.33 with the MY TC! rewards discount. Incidentally, this particular reward was to expire on 4/23/19.
For me, there are 3 other rewards upcoming that I plan to avail myself of before they expire (2 for a small quesadilla & another for 2 free tacos as noted above).

Then when I made my order I sat behind the same car to pay another 10 mins. Then I pulled to the window it took them 5 mins to take my money. Then they put ice in drink after I requested no ice. They had no guacamole or Pico de Gallo. Soggy tacos, no condiments. The food sucked! The customer service sucked and never will I refer someone else to this location. I will never go again.
