It's Good Ice Cream — Restaurant in Houston

Edit: i have been in contact with the owner, who is very apologetic. They have given me a refund for this mmilkshakes.

I have been here before and gotten milkshakes before. This was terrible service.

I ask for a vanilla milkshake, and it takes 5+ minutes to be made. It was made in the back, so I could not see it being made.

The lady comes out with it, and it is a vanilla milkshake with chocolate flavoring syrup all along the sides. I did not ask for this, and I told them I did not want chocolate syrup in my vanilla milkshake.

I was told that is how they are supposed to be made, despite all milkshakes I have had from here in the past having no such thing.

She went to the back to remake the milkshakes. She came back about a minute later with a milkshakes and it was very clear she had just stirred the chocolate syrup in and it could still be seen as brown spots in the vanilla.

I was also charged more for this milkshakes than the sign says. The sign says a small milkshakes is $6.50 and then I was charged $7.00, as well as an additional fee. I don't know what it means.

Small, quaint & very clean. We brought the kids to try these homemade milk based ice cream flavors. And don't expect plain Jane vanilla & chocolate. Our favorite was Choco Fudge Red Velvet! Fairly new ice cream spot in the middle of Spring Branch. The place is clean and well kept. Customer service is excellent, ask for Alex. They greet you as soon as you come in. The ice cream is super delicious especially the chongos one. The prices are very reasonable. Way better than any...
