The Worst Fast Food Place That I Have Ever Been Too The Night Shift Manager On 10.22.2018 Was So Very Disrespectful And Unprofessional, I And My Fiance Are Staying At The Western Inn Motel A Couple Blocks From The Place So We Decided That We Wanted Some Tacos So We Walked Over To The Place And The Inside Dinning Was Closed Driver Through Only, So Sincere We Walked Over There From The Motel A Couple Blocks From The Place We Couldn't Order Because You Cannot Walk Through Their Drive Through Window So Kindly Ask A Customer In Her Car If She Would Place The Order For A Few Tacos For Us, And She Gladly Agreed To Order For Us While We Were Waiting Outside The Management Sent Out A Worker And Said That The Management If We Didn't Leave The Property She Would Call Houston Police Department On Us We Tried To Explain That We Were Waiting For Our Tacos From The Drive Through Customer Too Give Us Order, I Totally understand The Place Was Closed Except For The Drive Through Windows But To Threaten To Call The Houston Police Department On Us Was Totally Unacceptable It's Not Like We Were Hanging Around Outside Or Soliciting Customers Or whatever but I can't Understand The Management Threaten To Call The Houston Police Department On Us Even After We Explained What We Were Waiting Outside For, I Think That The Management Should Have To First Of All Apologize To Me And My Fiance But She Should Be Ordered To Take A Class Of Some Kind People Skills Or Be Demoted From The Position As A Manager Or At Least Be Reprimanded. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the way Jack in the Box handled my son’s situation when his book bag was stolen. He returned to the store to ask the cashier if she had seen someone take it, and she claimed no one else was there. When he asked about checking the cameras, he was told that only a police officer could request playback.
When the police arrived, they were told that a store manager would need to review the footage, but the manager wouldn’t be in until 8 AM. The next morning, my son returned, only to be told by the manager that they were too busy to call the discrete manager and that she have turn in the case number to corporate. However, when I reached out to corporate, they told me the store manager should have access to the footage. She then claimed she didn’t have the password and had to send another request.
This has turned into an endless back-and-forth, with no one taking accountability. The store doesn’t answer the phone, and no one seems to know what the proper protocol is for handling stolen items or checking security footage. The manager, Gloria, doesn’t seem to have any real answers and only listens to what corporate tells her.
