I have always loved this store. I recently made a purchase at the Westlake location in HEB. Found a beautiful citrine string bracelet for my birthday. I didn't even touch the bracelet. It was on a stand, the employee came and removed it and took it to the register to cleanse it she said..I was still walking around picking a candle out. When I got to register the bracelet was already in a cloth bag and also in the plastic bad. So I never inspected it. When I got home to put it on, I noticed the string on the back was loose and bracelet would not stay tight ..I tried to return or exchange the next day and was told I could not. That is totally unacceptable and poor business ethics. Let's not act like some products have defects. To not resolve the issue and ignore emails and calls sent over a week ago is absurd and unprofessional. I will never shop there again due to poor communication and lack of resolving the issue. A simple exchange or atleast fix the bracelet would have been respectful as a paying customer. I run a business and would never dismiss someone if they had an issue. Definitely not good energy. What goes around...

I would love to give this place five stars but no one in there said they could speak English not one person no one would help me and I'm here with my twin toddlers just wanting to buy some different herbs and I see that they have all the herbs but no one will help you at all not one person and I just came here today which is Wednesday March the 26th 2025 at 9:45 a.m. in the morning and they have beautiful produce I wanted to get a lot of different things but they're just looking at you like why are you in here you know and that was totally crazy This is a place to spend money and I guess they didn't want any of my money okay I hope you guys...

I’ve shopped here before, but today was drawn back in by an essential oil scent wafting out of a diffuser. The friendly store employees showed me the extensive essential oil collection. While browsing, I felt a strong urge to buy the palo santo one. So I did, and when I took it home I dotted some on all my windows, mirror, and door. It smelled fantastic. Then a couple of hours later, I received an apologetic email from an ex who broke my heart over seven years ago! Of course I didn’t answer—what good is cleansing a place when you invite the filth right back inside?😂
