Manzanos Produce — Local services in Houston

I visited this market with my family over the weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the clerks directed a derogatory comment toward me in Spanish, assuming I would not understand. This was both hurtful and unprofessional.

As a customer, I expect respect and courtesy, especially in a diverse city like Houston. Sadly, this experience has led me to decide not to return or support this establishment in the future. I encourage others to spend their money where they feel welcomed...

Yo fui a i el 11 de mayo compré un costal de duro o chicharrones como los conoscan pedí delas ruedas pekeñas y la muchacha keme atendió digo si si son pekeña le pregunté dos veces le si estaba segura ke qué eran pequeñas llegamos a casa y no abriese el mismo día la bolsa pues yo iba de aquí de Austin Texas cuándo chequen los chicharrones que eran grandes hablé y les dije algo que yo no había pedido yo le pregunté 3 veces que estuvieran seguros qué eran grandes y me dijeron pues para cambiarse las tiene cita regresarla bolsa cerrada y tiene que tener recibo he ido como cuatro veces ahí a Houston a esa manzanas products y nunca me han dado un recibo no entiendo por qué me está pidiendo recibo si ni siquiera lo dan tengo una comadre que compra mucho ahí y le pregunté y dice que nunca dan recibo...

I buy a box of 165 lemons every few weeks here, or used to. Kept finding less lemons in each box and when I brought it up the lady at the front counter told me to go somewhere else...
