Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

The food was good, the wait wasn’t too bad and most of the employees were funny and gave amazing service but during my visit, a woman came in with a homeless man and was purchasing some food for him. As he was getting his drink, an employee, I’m assuming she is in a higher position, her name on my receipt is “Raven” but without even asking the situation, she came up and told him to leave. He told her he ordered food and she gave him this rude look and started asking the people in the back of he really ordered food. It was a sausage something. The woman who brought him in, told them that she had bought his food and Raven gave her the utmost respect. But, as soon as the poor man had his bag of food on hand, Raven turned and told him to never come in the store again and to not bother people for food from the establishment again. May I point out here, that the woman walked into the store with him. SHE brought HIM. An amazing Samaritan. He wasn’t waiting around outside begging, she brought him there and ordered him food, she seemed to even be having a good conversation with him. But after his rude interaction with this Raven woman, he seemed so downtrodden. As he was leaving, I’ve never seen a person look so upset and disrespected. I will never in my life visit this location again. I was hungry and ordered one taco and an order of egg rolls. When I got my food, the taco was so cold, the grease was seeping through the shell. You could feel the cold temperature, as you touch it, the lettuce was wilted. The cheese wasn't melted. The shell was stale. It was horrible so I drove back to the Jack in the box and told them. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. In turn, they made me another one and it was still cold and nasty. Just the same maybe the grease wasn't hot. I don't know what was going on. The egg rolls tasted like. They have been sitting out since the day before. Possibly are expired sitting in the freezer. I believe this is an individually owned location. This food is horrible. The service is horrible. This is not the first time I have encountered bad food. But I continue to go back to give them another chance. If the health department were to walk into this fast food chain it would be closed down. It is pathetic. I cannot believe they would sell people food the way they do. They are nasty. I told the manager about it. She says well we're changing shifts and it happens. I said ma'am, selling people food. The way that should never happen. ...

So had two mobile orders, and when I got to the window, they gave me three bags, one extra large drink, and I end up driving off, but realize I was missing the shake and that the other one order wasn’t mine it had the name DEJA on the bag, So I turned around, went back through drive-through to tell them the mistake and give them back the order that wasn’t mine. Whoever the male worker is who was working the drive-through window. He had an attitude and start grabbing food out my hand with an attitude , and telling me that i didn’t order a shake and pushing the receipt in my window . Telling me see see . I told him that on my mobile order bag, It shows that I have a Oreo shake he’s like let me see let me see.. But as I’m showing him, the bag a Hispanic, sweet lady, was like yes, the kid meal had a shake he like oh , well hold on and start making my shake .
