First to start off, I am a person who rarely give a super low rating to a company and I am always a big fan of local & small businesses but this particular interaction has been so negative that I’ve had to give a warning to others like me to order carefully. I’ve placed an order from Jenny’s pizza and pasta through Uber eat around 11 at night because I was craving some good local family owned pizza. I am a lactose intolerant so when I ordered my pizza I was very careful to make a note about my no cheese and no sauce and when my order arrived after being tired from work and patiently waiting after 40 mins, my order came the opposite way of how I ordered with exactly excessive amount of cheese and super gross sauce so I kindly called the store directly to see if I can kindly explained the error to them and kindly asked to re-order another and they can get this one back but sadly I get this very unprofessional staff who not only was barely listening to my concerns but has the nerve to tell me that I had only “no sauce” on my note instead of “no cheese and no sauce” and let’s assume even hypothetically it just the “no sauce” on the note, my order still came wrong with sauce on it. So the worst part was she then hang up on my face and after several attempts to reach the store back via my phone and my friend’s phone because I was desperately craving pizza I just decided to give up. I will not recommend it to anyone to order at this place via Uber eats because chances are something will always be missing on your order whether it’s just a simple ranch sauce, Parmesan, or red peppers etc... good luck reaching someone to...
Read moreSunday 12/20/15 was the 2nd time we ordered a Pizza Delivery that arrived timely HOWEVER it was Horrible. We told them the last delivery had been requested for Crispy Crust but it came to us as soggy wobbly crust. Sunday's THIN AND CRISPY with mega toppings came to us So Wet and Limp Dough that as you tried to pick it up off the cardboard all the toppings literally SLID OFF onto the cardboard. My Hungry male guest and my Hungry Husband refused to let me ask to return it and try for a real actual Crispy Crust... so they just scooped the warmish mess of toppings off with spoons and forks and ate them without any crust. The then empty, literally wet and soggy slice hung like a WET NOODLE. I will say they managed to get the outer edge fairly cooked/risen however trying to pick that up just meant it pulled off the wet uncooked dough. I apologize I was not on my best phone manners but I specifically asked to make sure the crust was CRISPY. So one could hope it would be at the least COOKED CRUST. I would have preferred a little toasty even possibly slightly Burnt to...
Read moreFirst of all, as you can see from the picture, the name of this place does not match its name on the website. If I could give negative stars, I would for this place. I placed an order online. It was delivered to me wrong. When I contacted the store, she (she said she was the owner) rudely hung up on me. I went to the store to ask her fix my order, but she rudely again called the police. I was being nice during the entire interaction, but somehow that did not work well with her. The delivery person gave me a shady receipt that the owner denied that receipt was by her to the police. The delivery person knew I was right, but the owner told her something in Spanish which I assume was to deny everything. Needless to say, I did not get what I wanted and left the food there. The cops could not do anything about it either. I ended up not having my food and did not get my money back either. frankly, after seeing the place, I would never eat there. The place looks very shady and...
