PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS FOR NOW! My husband and I bought a 2022 truck this year. You will not have bad customer service one time, but several times. We don’t even have the truck for 6 months and it’s already giving issues. The “warranty” they SAY when you buy is no warranty. The guy at the shop told us that today NOVEMBER 14, 2023 at 8:40 AM. What it’s in the contract is different from what they TELL you, which doesn’t count. The salesmen were nice when we went to give the down payment and sign the contract (obviously) but from there and on we didn’t received good communication from the dealership. Well, you’re already all the way in to the hips with a 60k car, they don’t give you the same interest or attention. I really hope the owner sees the reviews that the customers are making and for him to fix the issues because the trucks and cars that we drive were NOT given to us for free. We really regret not going straight at the TOYOTA DEALERSHIP, were the prices are a little higher but you get good customer service and don’t have to drive almost an hour away from the dealership to the carshop for someone to treat you terrible bad. My cousin was going to be a new client but he preferred to go somewhere else. Do something about the carshop customer service at North Houston. This business should have more clients with happy purchases, but it’s the opposite, unfortunately. God bless. When I tried to arrange pickup they stopped responding, after 2 days of trying to reach someone I used the chat option on the website and was told the car was not even in TX, that it was in OR and they would have someone call me by end of day. Still nothing, I finally got in touch with someone and was told it was in Houston but their was a problem with it passing inspection. They said they could put me in a comparable car but it was in Dallas and shipping cost is $295 and I would need to pay an additional $2100 for a down payment. When I asked what was wrong with the car I was purchasing because their was no engine lights on and I would like to wait for repairs. They finally admitted they sold the car to someone else. And continued to tell me they had another car for additional cost or refund my down payment and I would be out of the insurance cost. They are so rushed and quicker to start asking about your banking printing number‼️ even when we are just trying to look and see the cars they are already asking for identification and making copies and starting contracts.
