My first time here and believe me Saturday evening 11:30 the hostess don’t even say Hi!! She took us outside without putting attention that I requested a table inside. So, she took us outside to a table where we spend 10 min and not even 1 person came to at list say “Hi! I will be with you in a minute “ really??? I went though the bar where a couple of “assistants” ignore my petition to send a server....

I went back to the table waiting for somebody to come but THAT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN!!!! For a second time and after more minutes I went to the host to request to the young lady to send somebody she (with pink hair) said I will go but she she never came to the table. Can you believe that??? ( please do so).

Once again and after waiting more time we decide to leave the place but not before to ask to the guy who states he was the manager what’s going on!! And guess what ????? Nothing happened , aaaaaaagain!!!

Real nightmare... I have a request for google please please give us the option to put negative stars cause that would be my rating!!!

Bad costumer service, specially from tbe person y think is the manager. Horrible lines outside to get a table. Last time we weren't able even to drink something. A couple of parties having problem with the payment and the security pushing them made our time there were worst.

Our story: I know they close at 2am, but the line it's always so bad that this time we went there after 12. We got in, after making the line for luckily less than 30min, at 1am to have some margaritas. The frozen margarita machine was already off, according one of the waitress. We asked to move to a table outside while we were trying to find the online drink menu. After getting the outside table no one took our order for a while, we ask the manager and he basically said it was our fault because we went to the outside area (?). Somebody took our order and later told us we need to change one drink because some issue. Fine, we did it. 10min later the girl told us they cannot make our order at all. We know it was late but it wasn't our fault, and after talking to the manager to try to have the order he rudely told us to sit in another table, close to the bar, and they only could serve us beer. So it was a no for us. The whole experience ruined our night. I take my friends for dinner Thursday night on 5-17 -2023 I order wings and she brought me the wrong ones and she take forever to bring me the right order for the wings and she didn't even apologize to say I'm sorry for the wrong order and she take her time to to put the order back again, she went to a different table to take the order from them and then she went back to to order ours and then it was taken too long. My friend also need a spicy and I called the manager and the manager knew what happens and he say I know but I still paying in it and I don't want to be rude and I don't want to make the big deal cuz I was with my friends and I had to pay for it and I had to bring the wins home because nobody wants it afterward. I taking too long so we wasn't hungry no more then we still wasn't serified what the girl she bring her receive and the standing there why we was searching for the money or whatever I would decide to pay with cash or car and she stands right next to omg and I hate that like Russian. Come on with the money or her tip but I want. I wasn't trying to be rude. I just did it because I was with my friends so I'm not too happy. Not even the managed.
