Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

I love sandwiches! I think I could eat them everyday and never get tired of it. So many possibilities! Jersey Mike’s is terrific! They slice the meat as you order, pile it high and top it off with delicious oil and vinegar (if you get it “Mike’s way”) I love the condiments to meat to bread ratio at Mike’s. I don’t get a chance to eat here often because I don’t have one very close to home, but I found one kind of close to work. The have a full menu to satisfy any sandwich craving, the staff are all very nice and the restaurant is clean. There are seats inside and outside. As mentioned earlier, Mike’s way is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices (mainly oregano) and “juice”, which to me, is the best part I love oil and vinegar on sandwiches. I don’t do onions or oregano (it’s a text thing for me on both), but I add pickles. JM subs are very filling and always great! The #8 Club Sub has perfectly cooked bacon! They have a great rewards program too....

Really wish I could give them a 0 placed an online order on Christmas Eve for my Son 16th Birthday used my points for the order & when I arrived the manager girl with the hijab on said she was told per corporate I couldn't use my points which I know was a LIE her & the other 2 worker's that was there didn't wanna make my sandwiches I had ordered & used 700 of my points, I was only given 2 hot sandwiches & not my other 5 sandwiches so we're is my points back on my Account, I know the real reason they didn't wanna make them is cause they had a big cater order but that's not how you handle Business By Lying to a customer, cause I sure tried to call the customer support number while I was in there & they aren't open so she told a...

so they just opened up around the block. nothing much to speak on food wise, that was good. they slice up the meat to order, the giant sandwich is huge. should of gotten a half. i wanna extend my gratitude to the staff, i get what its like being new and having to learn so much info at once and then trying to remember every part of the process. i appreciate the attentiveness the sense of urgency to not only putting the sandwiches together quickly but right. also how some of the new employees were trying to step in and help the others if they weren't catching up to the process of it. they had one main lady overseeing the whole process off it from what i could tell. best of luck to the staff they already have a good...
