Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

Shout out the awesome opening crew at this location today. I was extremely impressed by how they greeted me (didn't get the name of the well spoken young man), how smoothly the workflow was (everyone was moving in unison like they were taping for a commercial), the way they were preparing the sandwiches, helping each other and most importantly was how clean the store was and the staff's uniforms.

Seriously, I have not seen this in a fast food restaurant in, well, I don't know the last time. Plus there is so much garbage online, smearing people's names, there isn't enough positive support. The only negative take away is I didn't video this. Please do not change the dynamic you have going on this shift. I will definitely be back to eat and bring friends and family!

I didn't feel first time there. Told them just wanted sandwich. They was demanding what on ot..told them normal lettuce tomato onion so they decided no condiments . Not me. I ne er said that sandwich had no taste. They remade it the sandwich was still tasteless. The roast beef has no flavor. Felt like the employees wasn't thinking. Then it wasn't even a good sandwich. Couldn't eat it. Wound up going to jimmy johns ordered same sandwich. It was great. I even had roommate try both sandwiches and they agreed...

Do not order online. They do not care what you want on top of your sandwich. Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 subs to be made during an off time (2pm on a Wednesday). It would have been faster to have just went and waited in the regular line, at least I would have gotten the correct sandwiches. We ordered minis, received regulars. They only thing that was right was the meats but after that they just cut it and threw it in the bag. I'm disappointed and will be choosing another location...
