Over all- their food lack flavor and their spicy goes from not spicy to stupid spicy (nothing in between). Pork intestine noodle soup (spicy) - lacks flavor depth. So spicy that it's all you taste. Beef noodle soup - soup was clear broth (from the lack of flavor it was probably just hot water). Not the traditional dark broth and not what they have pictured on the wall.
