I normally don’t eat KFC because I never see a line of cars at the drive thru. I’ve been to this location a handful of times. My last two times I was in the process of ordering and just pulled off because the man working the drive thru is rude.
The first time I gave him my order and gave him the side and the drink. He asked me if I wanted white or dark meat, I told him dark. He asked me again what side and drink, confused it took me a couple seconds to answer him. He was obviously in a rush trying to get the information I had already gave him. I just drove off because I don’t have to spend my money here, Popeyes is right down the street and they always have a line. My order from Popeyes was fresh too.
I don’t know his name but he obviously gives attitude to multiple customers because my mom knew exactly who I was talking about when I got to her house and told her about it.
The second time a young lady was on the intercom at the drive thru. She was probably who I encountered the first couple of times I visited so I was giving her my order. Read moreI just left this location about 10-15 minutes ago. I asked for a 3 piece white big box meal. I've come here multiple times and asked for this with no issues. Tonight I came here after craving KFC and just got home to find that they gave me 3 piece dark even though I said 3 piece white multiple times. So disappointed. Never coming here again. I would have never purchased a 3 piece dark. Waste of money as I will be going to bed hungry. I called the store no answer.
EDIT: I called KFC corporate at 9:42pm last night and left my name, number, and email. The customer service representative said they sent a notification to the store I visited to issue me a refund. They said someone from the store location I visited will reach out to me. As of right now, no one has called or emailed me about my refund.
Update: I ended up calling them because no one from the location called me back. Manager claimed they didn't get notified from corporate. I brought the food back and they redid my order. Asked for honey for my biscuits and the young lady told me to check my bag to see if there were any in there. I did and also found out my biscuits were missing. I was told they gave me French fries in replace of the biscuits. No I want what I paid for. You have to wait 7 more minutes for them.
