First off, when I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted by a woman who was very polite, I then asked to for a brief moment to look over the menu. Then a male got on the intercom and asked if we were ready, I replied," Not quite." He immediately sounded irritated so the woman cut him off and said, let me know when your ready.. He cut her off and said just pull to the window, but my order was not done. I finished my order, then pulled to the window. The guy never looked at us or greeted us the first thing that came out of his mouth while looking at the screen very nonchalant like, "27.06" I looked like damn okay.. Then a woman in the background said to him are you going to drop the strips.. He responded, " After I take they money, after I take they money I will.." I was so disgusted. He handed me back my car and told me to pull up and my order would be brought out. The all around experience at this location was horrendous, your employees should know so much better than that. Read moreThe most simple thing to do in life is pay attention. I just went on my lunch break to pick up my food. I placed an order through the drive-through. I asked for two #17, which is the famous bowl with a drink. I asked for one with no CHEESE for my little girl who is lactose with extra corn. I ask for mine to be regular. I didn't feel the need to check my order due to me going to this location for over 8 years now and getting great food and service. Once I got to my job, I didn't have time to return to get my order right. I got both bowls 🥣 wrong. One had extra cheese, no corn, and the other had cheese and corn and extra gravy. What upset me is that she repeated the order back to me as I said it to her and still served it wrong anyway. What bothers me is that the lack of communication could have prevented a bad review. 👎 I wish this didn't upset me as much as it did today but me and my little girl were very hungry and the food went to the trash due to lack of customer service. Read moreI asked for hot chicken and also told the cashier I would wait if needed.she said it very hot it just came up. That was a lie . When I told her it was not she started to laugh at me and said she was going to get the manager. Manager came over with a Thermometer and just stuck it in the chicken on my plate. It read 118 Degrees in one piece & 117 in the other. Walked away laughing. I said all I want is hot food. She said no because they are not going to cook any and she will give me my money back.. Once again the Rude cashier, start laughing. And approach a little kid who was sitting in the lobby, EATING watermelon, I guess KFC is being used as a daycare also. THIS is the 3rd time that something like this has happened to me at this location same manager and same cashier and the same little kid is in there around 3pm eating food other than KFC Watching this video and playing games. I keep going back thinking it will be different. I think if things don't change maybe it is time to change...
