KFC — Restaurant in Houston

Today, Wife & Me Went To KFC For Their $20 Family Special. We Went Through Drive Thru & It Was So Dark You Could Barely See Anything On Their Menu So We Struggled Just To Order. The Rep Who Was Taking The Order Would Barely Hear Or Listen To Us. His Attitude Was Horrible Like We Were Bothering Him. We Explained It Was Dark & Not Much Light & Nothing Changed. He Took Our Order But Didn't Want To Tell Us About $20 Family Special So That We Could Know More Info Since It Was Dark & Barely See Anything. When We Got To Drive Thru Window It Was A ln Adult Black Male & Was Telling Us Our Order But Would Not Give Us A Chance To Tell Him Anything. He Yelled At Someone Really Ugly & Said Can Yall Just Drive Up & I Bring Yall Order To Yall & He Slammed The Drive Thru Window & Yelled At Whoever It Was. There Was No Other Vehicle Behind Us But We Pulled Up Like He Said. About 5 Minutes Later He Brought Us Our Food In A Bad Mood & Walked Off & Didn't Even Give Us Our Receipt & Still Yelling At Someone.

Our Food Seemed Hot & Fresh & Only Live 5 Minutes Away & When We Got Home To Sit At Our Table Our Food Was Cold & Some Warm. The Bag That Carried Our Food Was Hot Instead Of Our Food.

Chicken Was Cold, Fries Were Old & Warm, Biscuits Were Hard, Mac & Cheese Warm, No Napkins & The Food Was Just Dumped Into Bag With Fries Not Even In Their Location.

This KFC Is The Most Horrible KFC We Had Ever Been Too & The Black Male Rep Was Extremely In Bad Shape & In My Opinion Not The Rep That Should Be Working For KFC At All.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This Kingwood KFC is the worst I have ever been through. I was in drive through more than 30mins because there were cars behind me and in front of me I couldn't leave. When I finally start getting where I'm the 3rd car this car is going in circle around the restaurant when it cuts in front of the car before me didn't give it a chance to move forward and parks at the window and we wait and wait and wait finally the window opens gives him a bag and we wait wait wait. And window opens again and they are talking like hanging out laughing and drives away. Then the car in front of me pulls up to the window, not kidding about 10mins took them open window again and nothing happens they just close it and keep us waiting. This is the 2nd time I go and the wait is so long. Whoever is manager there needs to be fired because the first time the manager and 2 employees were in the office area just talking and laughing and had a lot of people in drive thru and dine in which at that time I was inside. And did not bother to help the 2 people working at registers until they felt like it. Which they were all on the clock. And have attitude. That manager is still there I dont know how. The sales have to suck. If they would do their job and stop hanging out it would have more business. I had to leave. Corporate needs to...

Growing up my family always took me through KFC being that this was my favorite chicken place on the planet and it was always a treat to come here! Unfortunately I moved out of Kingwood a few years ago so I never had to the chance to get chicken from this location but today I was in Kingwood and decided to whip through the drive thru and order the $20 fill up because I was a hungry man and when I pulled up to the speaker I was told by the gentleman "one moment please" and i was like okay. So I waited another 5 minutes and this unprofessional, rude, sarcastic lady says "Hey, we're out of spicy and original chicken, you're just gonna have to wait 25 minutes" and I thinking heck no in my mind so I simply say "no thanks, I'll just go to popeyes instead, thank you!" and I left. So overall this location ran out of chicken during the middle of dinner hour on a Sunday and their was maybe 2 or 3 cars in line like it wasn't busy and the rude attitude of the employees are gonna be the reason why I'll be going to popeyes for now on when I'm craving fried chicken. But seriously I really hope you guys get your act together because I really love KFC just not the awful experience I got this evening, maybe I'll come back in the future and maybe amazingly you guys will change my mind and I'll bump this review up to a 4 or 5 star review.
