I went to pick up an order of crazy cheese puffs with pepperoni, out of curiosity I wanted to try it. They were on sale today for $3.99, so I decided to try my luck.
When I walked into the location, it looked small, compact, it had the bare essentials. It only took 3 steps to get to the counter, next to it was a station where you put a code your code in to unlock a section to grab your order.
Funnily enough, my order was in there. I tried to unlock it through the 4 digit code from the app, but turns out the machine wasn’t working. It isn’t my first time going here so I believe it had been broken sometime ago and they never bothered to fix it. Making it pointless.
I waited a bit due to the place being short staffed, it seemed they only had 2, maybe 3 people working in this location. I spent a couple minutes waiting for the employee that was meant to be working in the front to be done with what they were doing in the back. It looked chaotic and out of order, I would not be surprised if the employees making pizza were new or just lost.
But the lady was prompt and quickly got my order. I had no issues getting it, all she needed was my name and it took less than a minute.
For roughly $1 per puff, I expected this menu item to be stand apart from the main lineup. And, to be honest, they are the size that you’d expect. 3-4 bites per small cup of a miniature pizza pie. They were adorable, just a bit more burnt than I’d like. But, it can be easily excusable as it wasn’t completely burnt and they’re small to begin with.
I’m happy to say, that looks are deceiving with this product! I don’t know what I was expecting other than pizza, but, when I took the first bite. I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes like a miniature deep dish. Each bite had plentiful pepperoni to cheese ratio, and just enough marinara sauce as to not be overwhelming.
I didn’t think I’d come to love this product this much, but I do. I recommend trying cheese puffs yourself! These puffs made my day. I’ll gladly...
Read moreI have been a very very loyal customer ever since it's been open:-)! I love eating their pepperoni cheese pizza and so does my sons when they were a child and also so until now they enjoy their pepperoni pizza and especially the garlic and buttery and the Ranch and Buffalo and jalapeno and cheese Pizza dipping sauces which I wish they would give it for free but they do charge it! I also love their new quadral style pizza but I'm not too crazy about the cheese only! The pizza only cost $5 for large size and that is a great deal hot and ready and when they say hot and ready they really mean hot and ready :-)! I do wish that they still give free cookies or any prizes for little kids last time I got a Halloween sticker and I wish they will not charge the cheese parmesan and red pepper packets and I was even shocked now they sell the red pepper in the little container which cost $3:-(! It is wonderful they do sell drinks and chicken wings which I enjoyed to eat too:-)! Little Caesars Pizza is so affordable more affordable than Pizza Hut and I love eating there too but I think they are too pricey! I hope that all you customer out there will enjoy Little Caesars Pizza as much as we do:-)! I do think they should have a restroom for the public to use while you're sitting there waiting for your orders and I think they should have more room and chairs while you're waiting especially when you have a special order or huge amount of orders for your school fundraising or parties or events or just a friendly fun time with your friends to watch a sports games or Families Gathering or you just in a hurry or too tired to cook this is a great...
Read moreWant to see a FAILED Business model, then come look at this location. One of this companies "Marketing Campaigns" is for "Hot N Ready" pizzas, so that customers could quickly pick up a ready made pizza of their choice. I watched as customers left without buying / ordering anything because the areas used to hold the "Hot N Ready" pizzas was EMPTY, and you could NOT get any service.
After recently DELETING the Papa John's app, due to the local locations inability to produce a "Consistent " pizza worth eating. I downloaded the Little Caesars App outside this (Little Caesars) stores location and couldn't get my order to go through because the only options given to pay was through "Google Pay".
I went inside to see if the order had even gone through, and after waiting I found out it had not and no one in the store seemed to know how their own app functioned. Then they disappeared never to be seen again.
If your in the business to sell a product and you have people in your store with money in their pockets to buy product, MAYBE, just MAYBE you should have the products you advertise available and a staff that can man the front counter with more than 1 person.
I've also tried to Add a photo but each time I press on the button to "Add photos" it brings me back to this screen instead. I will try to make another effort to show the...
