The Bep Teahouse - Beechnut — Restaurant in Houston

This place has officially pissed me off! Hence why I don't go here anymore. This place has changed up everything including their drink menu and ingredients and now are acting like they can't give customers the drinks ordered the way we want. I don't do ice in any of my drinks anywhere I go. Unfortunately here at the bep asking for "no ice" is frowned upon! Every time I order a drink with no ice I have been told that I will only get a half cup full and that I need to pay extra if I want them to add more "drink". On top of that I have noticed that every time I ordered a green tea mix mighty with water! So how is it that we have to have ice and then more water in our tea?? Nobody wants a diluted drink and now apparently everytime I come in the Asian girl at the front counter recognizes me and gives me an attitude everytime and tells me that she has gotten in trouble because I have ordered drinks without ice and have told her to not add water to my green tea, I told her this was hilarious because I'm a paying customer and pay extra! I've stopped coming here and would leave to speak to a manager, stop being cheap with your drinks or you will lose customers...

I’m so disappointed with the customer service here. My friend and I came in today and ordered 3 food items. We sat down and after 10 minutes, we saw a staff came out of the kitchen. She put a bag of 2 food items on the counter and went back to the kitchen without saying anything. We thought maybe it was ours order but there were only 2 items in the bag, so maybe they’re waiting on the last one. 20 minutes later, people came and left, and we were the only ones still sitting there waiting. I heard the cashier (this was a different cashier, not the one we placed our oder with) asked somebody in the kitchen whose order were on the counter, so I went to the counter and asked her about my order. She checked for us and it turned out that the bag that was placed on the counter 20 minutes ago was indeed our order! There was a food item that was sitting behind the bag the whole time. We could have left within 10 minutes but we had to sit there and waited 30 minutes while our food just sat there and got cold. I don’t blame the cashier because she didn’t know who order it was. I’m just very disappointed with the person who brought it out and left it there without...

30 mins wait for an order. Sorry but even loyal customer like me will not be back. I ordered 3 drinks without ice and a chicken popcorn. I know that the chicken popcorn will take some time to prepared so I sat and wait in front of the pick up area. Moment later I saw they bring out the chicken and put it in the white bucket right in front of me, (usually they gonna make drink first b4 the chicken cuz chicken take time but I guess this time not) , still I was patience and wait, 10mins go by and they have not make my drink until I came and asked how long more for my order then the staff told me that the chicken not ready (but actually they didn’t make the drink). They kept making order for other customers came in after me. Then I noticed that they prepare my drink, I knew exact how my order look like and stand up ask them that mine don’t have ice but too late, ice all over the drinks. Then she process to get the spoon to took out the ice from my drinks instead of sub it with another one. The chicken order extra spicy and they gave me a blank chicken....
