Wok Togo Express — Restaurant in Houston

Update 11/27/24 So y’all the coconut shrimp is soo good, I just had to try this place again because I have not found another restaurant with better coconut shrimp. And I walk into the restaurant and the same lady is there!!! Now I don’t know if she was having a bad day that day over a yr ago, if she had been reprimanded or what? I heard that she had not been there, but no less this interaction was totally different. She was not fake, she was professional, and kind. Which is all I expect from ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE, and the coconut shrimp was still AH-MAZ-ING!!! Try them out!!! The bad service was the only thing that hindered me, but now it’s corrected🙌🏾, LET’S EAT!!

Please be careful when going to this establishment if you are African American. A middle aged Asian woman was very condescending and rude to myself and the employee over sweet and sour sauce I paid for by purchasing 3 orders of Crab Rangoon. She wanted to charge me for what she assumed was extra or being given away, instead of asking the employee or myself the customer, which made me feel as if she distrusted her Hispanic employee and had a distaste for myself the A.A. Today was the first time I ever visited, and because it's a Wok to Go and she's Asian, I will allow the presumption that she may be related to the owners and feels this is proper etiquette, however I find it trashy and I want the world to know, I said it and mean it. This food may taste great but as long as they allow people to be treated that way, I'll take my business elsewhere. $21.09 total $3 tip Worst service/management...

The food is always good. Hot. Big portions too. But their customer service last night was super HORRIBLE the young chick that they have on the evening shift she is so rude , has attitude, looks very mean and you can tell she hates to work there. I’m sorry but when you’re the face of the restaurant you need to provide with excellent customer you need to be nice and kind and have patience. That way people would love to come again to eat there, I don’t think she cares. She rushed my whole order like she didn’t even give me time to look at all the meats. When she was putting my to go plates on the bag she was slamming them as well. Refused to give me my receipt and when I ask for it she threw it at me. When I confronted her for being rude she lied and said “I’m not being rude ma’am”. Last time I’m coming here. Mind you it wasn’t my first time coming here. That young lady needs to consider to find another place to work. This is not it and it’s showing on her...

I would give this place no stars if I could. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The service line is completely bordered up with a frosted tape/barrier to where you can't see the person you're communicating with. The only "menu" available are pictures on the outside of the building of entrees and a special meal. The man who put my bowl together was talking on the phone the entire time. He wasn't even paying attention to my questions. When I asked if the fried rice was about ready, he said yes and walked back over to his chair and sat back down. I wanted to order more than just the special. After making the special, he walked over to the cash register. Once again, he ignored me when I was trying to tell him that I wanted to order more. I ended up just getting one thing for one of my relatives and found something else for me to eat.
