Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I spent a whole hour this morning trying to place an order over the phone at the store. No one was answering. So i went to the store made my order and upon payment they didn’t have change to break a bill. So i asked if they can make the order and ill be back in 15 min because I’m going to get change. I go to the store across the street its a little over 20 min asking if the order is ready and that i had to pay they never even started my order and when i was calmly talking to the cashier like why he stayed quiet. And i had to wait another 10 min -15 min for my order to be ready i picked up the order and left. Once i arrived to my house i checked the order they gave me burnt dried crazy bread and the specialty pizza i ordered whats not done correctly. I tried calling the store multiple times to correct my order but it seems like no one is picking up and the the store is unclean there were dust and crums and open food snakcs in the cashier area. The floors were dirty and to top it off it was very unprofessional. I felt like i was back in high school instead of a business establishment. And the manager no where in sight. Its not the first time i have issues at this location and im pretty sure everyone complaints to when it comes to the weekend. This store is being poorly managed...

Bought a pizZa online at 8:53pm for the Pizza Portal! It said Pizza was going to be ready at 9:10pm!!!!!

Arrived at 9:15 asking for the pizza! Cashier as well as the kid getting the hot pizzas from the end side of the oven were clueless of what i asked!

Clearly they did not read the order of the pizzas because once i got there, they were playing around, lauging at each other, basically not taking their job seriously!

Once they saw my order, they clarified that it was in the oven about to come out! I sat there until 9:43 asking about the pizza! They forgot about me again! I asked for them to give me a hot and ready instead so i can leave! They daid they can not do that at all!

Once they finished cooking my pizza they called my name and did not even gave me the pizza in my hand! They let the box drop in The counter and went behind the container where they keep te hot and ready pizzas to continue laughing at each other!

No longer buying from these place filled with little kids not being responsable...

This place is terrible!!!! I placed a delivery order (delivered by door dash) the middle of the pizza was uncooked. I called back to back and no answer!!!! The Meat was not done and thrown together sloppily to say the least. I drove back to the location where I spoke with a young female (MEGAN/MORGAN) who acted as if I was lying when you could clearly see the pizza dough was uncooked. She went to the back to have the guys remake it but her attitude was TERRIBLE and it's a shame because she seemed to be the one in charge. Plus the fact that I had to drive back at all when it was clear I had a delivery and didnt want to come out the house to begin with. Just poor customer service if i could give 0 stars i would. WILL MAKE SURE I CHECK THE LOCATION NEXT TIME I ORDER DELIVERY. And yes I'm calling corporate because I would've been wrong if I had snatched her young behind across the counter. She needs to learn manners and CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST NO...
