If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!! The service I received from this establishment on today, was the absolute worst I have ever received since this location has been open!!!! Dear Taco Cabana Corporate Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unacceptable service I recently received at Store #20281. I have been a customer of this location since it opened, and unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The drive-thru cashier displayed a serious lack of customer service skills. Not only did she get my order wrong, but when I calmly pointed it out, she proceeded to argue with me about what I had actually said—essentially implying I didn’t know what I had ordered. This behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty offered no resolution. Instead of simply correcting the mistake and charging me for the missing item, she attempted to charge me for the entire meal again. What’s frustrating is that I would have paid for the missing item just to resolve the issue quickly and move on. But instead of helping, the manager added to the confusion and was dismissive when I tried to explain the situation. Her inability to understand a basic request involving the “difference” in cost highlighted a serious gap in problem-solving and communication skills.
It’s disappointing but not entirely surprising, as this location has had subpar service for quite some time. My family and I rarely go anymore because of repeated issues, but this last visit has convinced me that significant changes are needed.
I’m not saying the customer is always right—but customers should at least be treated with respect and listened to. It’s clear that this store would benefit from focused training in customer service, active listening, basic math, and critical thinking.

Well today I decided to order online so I can avoid the long waiting. I ordered and they told me it would take 43 min for it to be ready... I went exsactly at the time My order was to be ready. I didn’t receive a greet , nothing. There was several people waiting for a person to take their order. They mentioned to me that they had been waiting for 30 minutes and nobody had even acknowledged them. At that point I felt a bit concerned for my order but I waited patiently I arrived at 11:09 ( time my order had to be ready) it took over 15 min of wait for me to ask a guy walking around fixing merchandise from a recent truck order. He was very nice and immediately checked on my order and it was ready(11:29).I was okay everything should be good, well the rice was old and hard with no flavor, the refríed beans looked old as well, I ordered a taco plate, quesadilla kids meals and 3 bacon egg chess’s tacos. Read moreI came in today at around 5 or so a young lady was clocking out or wanted to when all of a sudden another employee starts screaming from the kitchen with a really bad attitude saying ""what do you think you can just clock out when there's a long line at the window ? No!! You're not clocking out "" then she left and the other girl was standing at the cash register not sure what she was doing. The the other woman came back saying ""so you're just going to stand there"" really mad by the way. Customers saw this not only me they started trying to cheer the girl at the register up but everyone saw this woman had a nasty attitude. If you guys are understaffed please hire some more employees and fire this woman screaming in the restaurant because that's unexeptable behavior.
