Before ordering my food I watched the young man working behind the counter pile the food that the person in front of me ordered so high that he could barely close the container. He literally put almost half of a pan of general chicken on that order as well as her other sides. The young ladies working with him witnessed him doing so, and were laughing about it All of the employees here are Hispanic and so was the lady placing the order. I asked if all orders are made like that but they ignored me. I then watched as the gentleman who had to wait for more of what he ordered to be brought out. He also commented on portions....hoping his looked the same. Well, all of a sudden they could only serve the required amount. Please don't get it twisted. I am not pulling a race card. Only stating what I witnessed. This was the third time I have come to this place. They just opened and the food is really good. The place is also very clean. Each time I noticed that the Hispanics got double portions on their orders and the blacks got the "required" amount. When I placed my order, I told the lady that I wanted my plate to look like that lady's did. All of a sudden she didn't speak English. But she managed to tell me that she couldn't put more on my plate. I told her to keep the order. Would I had eaten all of that food? Nope! That was enough for two and a half people. Am I bring ridiculous? Yes! Why? Because there is already too much going on in the world today. Our country is split so bad that it has divided families.... racism is on the rise, and families are having to live on the streets due to loss of income. These are kids working behind these counters and what is funny to them could cause a whole riot over nothing. While I do love the food there I will not be going back. I am only one customer so I am positive that they don't care. I am not going to say it was because of my being black. I admire how Hispanics stick together.... but if you would rather lose a customer over a serving witnessed by others and think that it is OK to not treat all fairly........see how fast the word travels. Even if the...

Where do I begin. I wanted to try this place since it opened up, but was iffy about it. With good reason!!! Walked in during my lunch hour and they literally were almost out of food. I asked how long was it going to take to have food ready and was told 3 min. I waited. I asked again was told 5-7min. Then a man came around to where I was and said it was going to be another 10-15min wait and that they just started making more food. I went ahead and got something else because it was too late to go somewhere else. The man was very apologetic, but that still did not make up for the rude customer service from one of the ladies working who did not understand English (which is fine but dont get upset when you don't understand me), cashier tried charging me for 3 meats when I only got 2, and after all of that the food was not good at all. I am assuming because they were rushing to get food done. The pepper chicken was spoiled, when I bit into the spring rolls full of frozen melted water no flavor, I got the shrimp obviously it's seafood but I wasn't trying to taste the whole sea. The 1 star is because I had to give a star to review, but they honestly need to step their game up. I threw my food in the trash and so did my daughter because I took her some home. A very bad experience overall I will not...

Tried Sichuan Pepper Express recently and it honestly missed the mark. This isn’t your typical Chinese takeout spot, and unfortunately not in a good way. The noodles were a little too gummy, the fried rice was dry and lacked any real flavor, and even the sweet tea could’ve used some help. The sweet and sour pork was probably the biggest letdown it had a strange texture and just didn’t taste fresh. I will say the place is convenient. It’s fast, affordable, and they take Apple Pay, which is always a plus when you’re in a hurry. But if you’re looking for quality Chinese food that tastes freshly made and full of flavor, this probably isn’t going to be the spot for you. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but the food felt a little old and just didn’t have the comfort or flavor I was hoping for. That said, if you’re in a pinch and need something quick and cheap, it’ll get the job done. I’ve definitely had worse…times were tough growing up, so I know a budget meal when I see one. In this economy, sometimes fast and under $13 is enough. Also the girls here are so nice ! I’d come again just for them. Thank you so much for being so nice. I’m sure I...

I wanted to try this place since it first opened and I can honestly say that trying Chinese food around town is one of my favorite things to do. The food was good and the portions were also pretty good. I like the fact that they have a big variety on different choices of food. However, I think that they need to be able to have basic condiments that Chinese food is supposed to have. I asked for sriracha and they said that they didn’t have any, I asked for chilly paste and they didn’t have any either so when I asked them for like any spicy sauce or something they said that they had chili oil and they gave me some. I was looking for salt and pepper and to my shock, they said that they didn’t have any salt shakers or even little salt packets. Anyway, the place was clean, the people working there were nice, the food was good, all they need is BASIC CONDIMENTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! 🤭

I frequent this shopping strip pretty often. I noticed this place before they opened but never thought to stop by. We took the kids the get food from across the street. If you're from the area, you know there is a plethora of fast food restaurants to choose from. I didn't want any of those. So I asked my hunny if he wanted to try it today. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food for such a low price. You can eat from it for at least a day or two. And it's nice that they allow you to sample before purchasing. The customer service is great too. I wish I'd paid attention to the names of the 2 associates that took care of us. I will definitely go back and recommend to others. Oh, my husband ate his food so quickly I couldn't get a pic.
