During my visit, I had an unfortunate encounter at the drive-thru during the evening. To my dismay, the meat in my order was completely raw, which was a rather unpleasant surprise. This glaring oversight not only compromised the quality of the food but also raised concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the customer service provided by this establishment. It can be described as mediocre at best, lacking the attentiveness and care one would expect. However, what truly stood out during my visit was an incident involving a manager and an employee. Regrettably, I witnessed the manager belittling and embarrassing the employee in front of customers. This display of unprofessional behavior not only reflected poorly on the manager but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. I found myself experiencing second-hand embarrassment, feeling empathy for the employee who was subjected to such treatment. As a customer, I believe it is essential for managers to lead by example and treat their employees with respect and fairness. Creating a supportive and positive work environment ultimately translates into better customer experiences. Unfortunately, in this case, the manager's behavior demonstrated a lack of understanding and consideration for the well-being of their staff. In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at this establishment was far from satisfactory. From the raw meat incident to the lackluster customer service and the distressing manager-employee interaction, it is clear that improvements need to be made. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful environment for both employees and customers alike.

They had a lady in the drive taking our orders on a tablet in the heat. She did very well and I hope yall are paying her good because it's scorching out there. The service was standard and didn't stand out to be extraordinary. Just the basic stale face worker at the window not really happy about her job. The food was OK. Fries were short about half on each container and not hot nor fresh. They were some that were burnt on the tips. The sandwiches were made to order perfectly so whoever is on the grill definitely needs a raise. They know what they are doing. The person with the stale face at the window doesn't seem to know how to put the proper amount of condiments per customer. We ordered 3 combo meals and had 4 ketchup maybe because she seen the fries so short she thought we wouldn't even need the ketchup. And gave us a few napkins which was OK if it was only one person eating but it was 3 of us. The honey bbq chicken sandwich looked a little beat up but it was delicious according to my son. My husband said his burger was dry and had to add an entire ketchup to make it less dry. Drinks were good. If they wanted to stand out and get better reviews just be nicer to people & use common sense. The workers seemed very young so it might take a meeting or 2 before they get it together. They were fast but again that is the person working the grill that made that happen about the speed of the order. They have a good size parking lot to sit and eat your food. Lots of places to go shopping near this location. I'd say this is a kid friendly location.

People go to Whataburger for the, well, burgers. And they’re great. But I really enjoy their salads, particularly their Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Despite the shortage of food service employees, the workers on this day (Tuesday 31 Aug) kept things moving. As I was approaching the worker standing in the hot, humid Houston weather, she told me I could just order at the speaker since they were so efficient. She did this eagerly to assist, not to gloat. I gave my order in the drive-through, checked for accuracy, and went home. The salad was perfect. Filled to the lid, fresh, crisp, and the chicken was perfectly grilled and plentiful. I know I should expect well executed consistency from Whataburger, but this salad exceeded those expectations. Great job, team!

People go to Whataburger for the, well, burgers. And they’re great. But I really enjoy their salads, particularly their Cobb salad with grilled chicken. My experience with this salad at another location was not stellar, but like every (transplant) Texan I’ll give second chances out of courtesy. I’m glad I did. Despite the shortage of food service employees, the workers on this day (Tuesday 31 Aug) kept things moving. We ordered at the drive thru and then waited for 25 minutes at this location, around 10 pm, for 3 orders of the number 1s. Very plain and simple order.

We waited for so long, I had to go out to go see what was going on, but as I got out of the car, the young lady came out with what she said was my order. She handed me a plastic bag with some of those paper sacks in there, and she walked off. I take the bag and start to take off, but a half second later, I note that there was only 2 of those paper sacks, so I call the young lady back.

I tell her this order must be wring because there's only 2 sacks, and she quickly apologized and came back a few minutes later to hand me the same plastic bag with 3 sacks in there now. As I'm looking in the bags to make sure my order was right, she quickly muttered under her breath, "yeah sorry, I had the order right, but I just forgot one of your burgers"

It really was one of the most annoying experiences I've ever had. I have to note that I was very nice and sweet to this young lady, which is something I took a mental note of. They had me waiting for so long, and I was definitely too nice about it haha.

Anyway, this location is usually very good, I guess they just got backed up inside the kitchen back there. I'll be going again, but that was definitely the most annoying thing I'd experienced in a while. Just based off the fact that I should not have waited so long for 3 simples orders, and if i hadn't had checked the bag like I did, I would have driven all the way home, only to have to come back for a number...
