My overall experience would be a zero if I could rate them. I stopped on my way home from work and arrived at 7:50pm, the Hispanic guy at the door was rude and told me they were closed. I asked if I could come in just for some conditioner for my hair and he let me in, mind you the store closes at 8pm.I asked to add an item on at the register, the guy at the register seemed aggravated but told me what isle it was on when I was told at first it was behind the register, after I stood in line for five minutes and the guy yells out NO, you asked for one thing and that’s it! It’s now 7:55pm. If this is how you treat customers I will never shop there again. I run a million dollar store myself and my associates would never treat a customer in that manner. We never lock our doors early on our paying customers or even yell aggressively like your employee did to me and we also stay until the last customer leaves. You need to train your employees on behaviors and customer service...

I would actually give this beauty supply a 5 if they had better employees working behind the counter. Called the day before thanksgiving to ask hours of operation and whoever i spoke with just said yes we’re open tomorrow then hung up. Went to the location today and the lil hispanic man behind the counter had an attitude because i wanted to buy nose rings and he didn’t wanna leave from behind the counter to get them for me. I pass up beauty supplies just to go there only to come and be treated like i’m not spending my money there. Change employees because customer service is not...

Ironic: I’ve visited and paid cash and or debit multiple occurrences at this store due SOLELY to location and it had yet to dawn on me that you’re instantly judged and watched as you shop. The service is trash and because there’s no other options customers shop here. IF YOU SHOP HERE.....pay attention to how you’re treated. You have a choice to spend your money where people are valued as just that....people. Every black person does not steal despite stereotypes. Never will...
