During my visit to this particular Ross location, I observed that the checkout lines could become quite lengthy and time-consuming. This is an important aspect to consider, as waiting times at the register can be frustrating, especially during peak shopping periods. It is advisable to allocate sufficient time for potential queues and be prepared for the possibility of extended waiting periods.
In terms of the store's layout, I noticed that the aisles and displays were relatively well-organized, allowing for easier navigation and product browsing. This can be particularly beneficial when dealing with a large store like this one, as it reduces the chances of feeling overwhelmed or lost among the various sections.
When it comes to the selection of merchandise, this Ross location offers a diverse range of items for both men and women. From clothing to accessories and footwear, there are options available to suit various tastes and styles. However, as previously mentioned, it is worth noting that popular items tend to sell quickly, so there is a possibility of missing out on certain desired products if not promptly acquired.
While the store does present opportunities for finding great deals, it is essential to approach the shopping experience with realistic expectations. While some customers may find fantastic bargains, others might not come across items that particularly stand out or exceed their expectations. This subjective perspective may contribute to differing opinions on the overall quality and value offered by the store.
In summary, it is important to be aware that the checkout lines at this Ross location can be excessively long, which may require extra time and patience. The store's layout is generally well-organized, facilitating ease of navigation and browsing. The selection of merchandise caters to both men and women, offering a variety of clothing, accessories, and footwear. However, it is crucial to keep in mind that popular items may sell out quickly. While the store does provide opportunities for finding great deals, individual experiences and opinions may vary. Considering these factors can help you make an informed decision about whether this store aligns with your shopping...
Read moreToday we went to exchange a pair of tennis shoes my husband got as a gift. So when he waited 20mins in line to get to the counter to do the exchange the lady there asked about the receipt which my husband said he didn't had so she said ok you can go ahead and look for the ones you want to exchange so he did. Then after he found the ones he wanted he again had to wait the long lines that there always have. Once he got his turn the supposedly manager said they couldn't do the exchange because the tag was torn (only the half that had the price ) he explained it was a gift and didn't had the receipt again he said he talked to the lady next to her and was told he could do it. She had the most unprofessional response to him she said maybe the other lady overlooked it because they are busy!! Excuse me busy so is it our problem that you or the other lady couldn't see what they are doing and wasting people's time and without any sympathy to care for others patience and time to be in line waiting for their turn and for whoever takes you careless of what they are doing or paying attention because everyone that is waiting patiently has their right to be treated with respect and attention of what they are there for. So at the end she didn't careless of the situation. Ross you need to train your people right so people don't go through this bad...
Read moreI've shopped at this Ross store in particular more than a handful of times.. now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Ross! but when I came to return something, I was helped by a very rude african american woman. she was snobby, and had an attitude the whole time. (mind you the two ladies that she helped before me, she was completely RUDE to them as well..) A few months later, I made a stop in here. While waiting in line, I noticed THE SAME LADY was the one working the only cash register that was open. I thought to myself, "Maybe she was just having a bad day that day." after the first senerio ran through my head again. LOL I WAS APPARENTLY ONLY KIDDING MYSELF. YEAH RIGHT! She was just the SAME IF NOT EVEN WORSE. I will never return there again. If she don't like her job, she should find something she enjoys instead of being completely rude to customers that have done nothing more than spend their money to make...
