I ordered online to save time, I placed the order at 6:14 and I went inside the restaurant at 6:17 I had to wait until 6:30 stand in front of the countertop to get my order while the workers where screaming in the kitchen asking why the line of the drive thru wasn't moving. I tried to asked for my order multiple times but looked like everybody was too busy to pay attention to me, then they just gave the order because I asked if it was almost done or if they even got the order. I got a Mocha frappe all melted with the whip cream on the half of cup from a different order (1059). When I went inside for a refound or for them to replace my order (1622) I got a bad attitude from a worker, she said she can just give me a small frappe since mine looked empty after I just took a sip of it and it was all melted. I told her it looked like that because they gave a me a frappe from a different order placed at 6:15 at least that was the time on the label. When I mentioned that she stated that the orders are made base on the time they got placed, so, they made the frappe 23 seconds after I placed it but made me wait almost 15 minutes to give me the rest? And again the frappe wasnt even the same number as my order. She grabbed the cup and throw inside the bag taking a bad attitude towards me. And throw it to the trash can, at this point I just wanted my money back. I then proceeded to ask her name, when she told me her name she pointed the phone number to make a complain saying -and there is the phone number I you want to complain-. I was not there trying to fight nobody, I get it, they are busy, they can make mistakes but why taking an attitude to me if I was there asking for something fair. She probably thought I was trying to take advantage of the restaurant but that was not the case. I ended up getting another bag of food but I dont think is fair for customers to get this treat when you are just asking for something...

I attempted to purchase two orders of oatmeal, a blueberry muffin and hash brown only to receive inedible oatmeal soup. SMH After handing back the order and requesting to receive a refund, I was told that a refund couldn't be provided since I placed the order through the app. The cashier kept the receipt and refused to return it to me. After complaining, one of the employees pretended to be a manager and offered to remake the oatmeal. I was told to wait in the Drive Thru Pickup #1 slot. After waiting for about 5 minutes, a nice young lady brought the oatmeal to me and guess what? They were watery like soup as well. After showing the watery mixtures to the CSR, she took it back and returned with two more of the same consistency. That makes a total of six containers of watery floating oatmeal. SMH The so-called manager returned only to tell me that there was nothing that she could do, told me to take it up with the app and left me sitting in my car. Unbelievable! After about 20 minutes of attempting to leave a written complaint on the inoperable app, I finally reached a CSR agent on the toll-free number. The agent basically told me the same thing. Since the app was offered through a third party, the store couldn't provide a refund and neither could McDonald's. SMH After taking my information, I was told that the owner operator would contact me. Three days later, I haven't received a call, text, email or smoke signal. The I10 East Mercury location was the first McDonald's that I ever visited in the 70's and Saturdays visited...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOver and over again they get thing wrong. last week I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on bisquit. We got sausage on bisquit. Was embarrassed when I went back to get the three I had ordered days earlier as they said to do. But I did not bring the reciept but gave the name as they told me I was to do. It was such a hassle I felt like a bum trying to get something for free. I wasn't and they let me have them. I should not have felt like that because of thier mistake on my bosses order I picked up for him. Today 06/25/2014 I ordered my bosses same thing only 3 sausage, egg and cheese on bisquik and hash brown and Dr. Pepper around 8:30 or so and when I got to work the cheese was not on any of the sandwiches. I do not want to get any replacements I am aggrivated they can not get it right. Two months ago when they had steak for breakfast He got the breakfast and no steak. I told him I didn't eat it. Geez. They said I can come back the next day but I was not in town to do it. Its getting old time after time not getting what I ordered and feeling bad about getting them to make it right.
