Around 12:59 PM, nearly every customer was complaining — cold food, wrong items, long waits. Me and my elderly dad waited 20 minutes, only to get cold food too. They remade it, but that shouldn’t even happen after such a long wait.
Later, we ordered McFlurries, and they came up saying they had none — offering random substitutes instead. I asked for a refund, and both the manager and staff tried to talk me into settling for other items like coffee or fries, instead of just refunding me. Then they claimed refunds aren’t allowed through the app (which makes no sense), but eventually gave me one — for less than what I paid.

Read moreI live less than half a mile from this McDonald’s and have been visiting this location for about five years. Over time, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my orders, especially when using the mobile app.
On multiple occasions: • My order is not ready when I arrive, even though the app says it is. • Sometimes the order doesn’t show up in their system at all. • Staff will take my receipt to verify, but I still end up receiving the wrong items. • Often, the fries or other food items are cold by the time I get them.
It’s disappointing because I come here consistently and want to support this location. Unfortunately, almost every visit comes with some kind of issue—either with accuracy, service, or food quality.
