This place sucks. The little fat manager with the long braided pony tail, she is the worst. She has major attitude and is super rude and has no problem doing it in front of you or anyone else. I come to this location all the time for a caramel frappe. I came in with one of my daughters and we both got a frappe and instead of the lady at the register ringing me up for a caramel frappe she rings me up for a mocha frappe. When the lady gave it to me... The lady with the ponytail... I asked her what it was and she said a mocha frappe. I politely told her that I never order a mocha frappe and even though it said it on my receipt, I was supposed to have a caramel frappe. She snatches the frappes off of the counter and rolls her eyes at me. Fortunately for her she did it in front of my daughter where I could not see her. And my daughter didn't tell me until after we got out of the restaurant. I left a different occasion with breakfast and got to work only to realize that my sausage and cheese McGriddle was a cheese McGriddle. No sausage. I am sick and tired of the delay that they have in the Drive-Thru. I found out today that their software freezes and that's what takes so long in the Drive-Thru. On top of the fact that it takes 5 to 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that you're there. I literally pulled up in the drive thru one day and didn't have anyone in front of me but by the time the lady came to my speaker she had already serviced two people in the other lane. They have children who seem obligated and entitled working in the store... So don't expect to get much service... Or at least good service. I have called corporate on this location and apparently corporate fails to do anything...

Its drive-thru is a portal of efficiency, swiftly delivering iconic bites to your vehicleâs window. While some choose to dine in, I, a patron of tradition, savor my bounty in the comfort of my car - a ritual dating back to my puck-chasing, rink-side youth.
The starring role on my order ticket typically goes to the ageless duo of an Egg McMuffin and a small iced caramel macchiato. Yet, on this day, the plot took a delectable twist. My hubby, tired from a long day and an empty kitchen, sought solace at the Golden Arches while I flexed my muscles at the gym. Consequently, I deviated from my usual script and opted for a quarter pounder meal - a classic tale of delicious unpredictability.
As I prepared to pay, the friendly cashier charmed me into ordering a whimsical addition: the Grimace Birthday Shake. âWhy not?â I thought, and my taste buds applauded the decision.
The fries disappeared faster than a Texas minute, even before my shake made its appearance at the pickup window. With my car parked strategically to watch the world go by, I devoured the quintessential American cheeseburger - a flavor that screams âhomeâ in every bite, synonymous with predictability and consistency.
The shake? A delightful symphony of purple berry and vanilla. An unexpected yet welcomed flavor explosion that completed my nostalgic food journey.
McDâs on Ella Blvd, you never disappoint. Consistency, efficiency, and a dash of nostalgia make you a fast-food haven, offering a delightful escape one cheeseburger (and occasional...
Read moreSo far what Iâve gotten from the reviews is that the people that work here donât give AF. To me, it sounds like They close their doors during business hours so they donât have customers bothering them inside; And since theyâre close inside, that means their DT lanes will be busy, especially during lunch time And since they already dgaf , everyoneâs orders will be wrong. Basically people will stop going to this McDonalds and they will just get paid to show up. the less customers they have, the better! The day I went to this location it was a little after 11am, there were maybe 2-3 customers inside. The DT was busy. I wanted breakfast and figured they were serving lunch but to my surprise the girl behind the counter said they serve breakfast all day. I had BB and my daughter had a sausage biscuit & a hash brown , my mom had a double cheeseburger. Food was ok. based on the food temp I could tell it was not freshly made. The HBs were a lil greasy. The only 2 minor problems I had that I know wonât be fixed anytime soon & arenât really a big deal were that THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN đ and their Play area was closedâŚmy kid was not happy about that but other than that, I had an ok experience, theyâre not friendly but food was decent. This McDonald is out of the way for me and the only reason we stopped here was because it was the closest to the hospital. After reading these reviews I know better than to show up before they close and to check my food before I leave their establishment. Also, you guys need to contact corporate bc I know these reviews arenât being read by the ones that can...
