Leaving 1 star is too generous, it would be 0 stars if possible due to the extremely poor experience I had.
I ordered through the mobile app on January 8th (like I’ve done at plenty other McDonald’s) and went to pick up my order in the drive thru. The cashier at the window mistaken my order for someone else’s which I then told her that I’m picking up a mobile order. She said okay then charges me for the total. Within the the span of 45 seconds, I was charged a total of SIX times. 5 out of those 6 times/charges were incorrect totals. It seems as if she rung my order in instead of realizing that I applied a coupon deal from within the app. The manager, Gilbert, comes to the window and did not offer any explanation as to why his cashier charged me so many times nor did he apologize for the mistake on HIS behalf. I ordered McDonald’s at a different location the night before, mobile app and all, and had NO issues. My phone is updated and so is the app, so it’s not an issue with the McDonald’s mobile app. I explained the issue to Gilbert and he was very rude and told me repeatedly that my order wasn’t paid for. Yes, I’m aware because it’s a mobile order.....and my card gets charged once I arrive.... and then I get a receipt???? I don’t understand how the MANAGER of this McDonald’s location does not know how the mobile app of the company he works for operates.
Very piss poor service and customer satisfaction and customer resolution seems non-existent at this particular location. I’ve never had an issue before at a McDonald’s. Not once did he apologize or anyone apologized. Gilbert and the staff’s behavior is totally unacceptable and does not reflect McDonald’s 100% customer satisfaction. My experience at this location was so unpleasant.
Also to make matters worse, he did not have an mask on IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC working around food, in the drive thru, or even when I went inside. Because of it, I didn’t even end up eating the food. I tossed it in the trash. I will not be back at...
Read moreI stopped by with a friend of mines around 1am... the guy who took out order was completely rude!!! As soon as we got to the speaker we didn’t even have a chance to look at it and he was already rushing to take the order “hello..... hello?” Is that how cashiers are being trained to take orders on drive thru??? Then I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only Mayo and ketchup, a large fries in the side and a #1. We went to the second window we were handed our food of course we checked and I was missing an order of fries. We sat there waiting for the cashier to see that we were waiting for his assistance. When he opens the window I specified that we were missing an order of fried and even took everything out of the bag to show him I only had the three burgers and one order of fries. He literally looked at me and stated that the two orders of fries should have been there... Yes we know that’s what he had ordered. He asked me like three times if I was sure there were no other fries even after I had taken all the items out of the bag and shown him the inside of the bag. He was being very rude and I will be contacting corporate on this because this is no way to treat a customer. He made us wait additionally for the missing order of fries. I will not be returning to this location and since I did save the receipt with the store number and everything I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint on that customer whoever he is...
Read moreWent in at 10:14 pm this evening order a number 6 my regular. I know the order comes to 7.03. So I had a 5 and 3 ones ready. I paid the lady whi said she was the night manager. An older lady with glasses. Well she gave me no change alot she did not ask for the 3cents. She said I only gave her 7. I requested the she count her register. She declined and began to scream at me after asking her repeatedly to stop screaming at me and to count her register. I began to scream back. Then 2 other females came to the window. They did not assist me they began to help her. Threaten to call the police if u did not move. I said ok call them . Once the realized the ment nothing to me. One of the women very rudely said you arguing over .90 Cent. It's my change. Yall are trying to rob me. That's the problem. How she gave me the .90 I'm sure from her pocket not .97. Got to the second window. It went OK but every fry in the bag was hard as a rock. Not hard to figure out why. Sad part about it I work in this McDonald's as a kid when Mr Redman owned it. I will say service was alot different. All she had to do was count the draw down. I have work hard my whole life never want anything for free. Her behavior was ridiculous.
