Wow. Just wow

Went through the drive thru on Saturday evening 6-9-19. I admit I didn't get my order because of the treatment of whoever was taking orders I barely said my first order and he cut me off as if I was done "okay a hamburger with just meat, cheese and ketchup" completed my order on screen and left me hanging. I sat there in amazement like "did that just happen?!" So I waited and kept waiting and said "hello, anyone there" he eventually comes back and I said "yes I would like to add to my Order please, i wasn't done" and he goes "fine whatever" and sighs all loudly. I then add two more things which he rushes me through cutting me off and asks me "are you done yet?". I had kids in my car who legit said "wow why is he so rude and mad" Mind you I had 6 meals to order and 8 drinks and some desserts lol. By then I couldn't even believe his behavior as I kept trying, but his comments, sighing was making it impossible to finish my order it was becoming frustrating. I was astounded that he was allowed to keep making his comments and stuff so I just "you know what, fine I don't know why you're being rude when I am just trying to order, but I guess I'll be going somewhere else" , (at the point I genuinely expected if I got food for it to be spit in or who knows what) and he replied "okay, bye bye Felicia" how are people allowed to speak like this to people and keep their jobs. Only reason I didn’t walk up in there and demand to speak to a manager was because I had 3 kids in my car, and an hour drive home after a long day at Funplex down the road. Met a Landlord/Owner in her SUV. Can't believe I did any business in a McDonald's parking lot.....Weird and NEVER ever again. Bad move doing business like that because I'm used 2 buildings, complexings, Suits and Ties. Very weary after that experience. She has a phone, but doesn't answer ( VM always full ), no replys from text messages either. There's no Maintenance or Management. Boarded up from drug and homeless squatters surrounding me.. no lawn care. The tree limbs you have 2 bend down and the crime is abundant in this proximity. Have 2 hire contractor's to do work orders that Owner states will send her Maintenance Guy. Must be after the Rapture...lol....can't clean the bathtub now. All the paint has chipped off. My Insurance Company will hire a Pest Control Company for me, but Owner will not Fax to Insurance Company her name and that she doesn't do exterminating. I'm going to have to go around the pole. Been walking into it praying and hoping she will do small task. Especially the one's she states. No just other Neighbors. Seems very Discriminatory. Very unhappy and I don't like having to do thing's that shouldn't have 2 take time out of my day, but whatever it takes to get the ball rolling in the right direction. I visited this location accompanied with a friend as well as my registered service dog. She had on her identifying service animal vest and her collar. As we approached the register to place our order I was not greeted in a professional manner, but rudely by the Day shift manager/shift leader.. I said Hello my dog is a service animal and she responded rudely,loud,and with an attitude you are not suppose to bring dogs in here. In response stated clearly she has on identification as well as her vest. I suffer from seizures ( which was not all of McDonald's business) and She alerts me when i am about to have a seizure not if you don't want me in here on the floor flipping and flopping like a fish it would behoove you to allow her to do her job. So that She rolled her eyes and begin speaking spanish to the other employeess at the drive thru and fry station. Clearly it was directed towards me because both employees looked back at me. And then to top it off my order was completely wrong and I was given someone else's order and them mine.. Never have I been treated in that manner for have a disability and I will be seeking...
